DIY Dress with Flutter Sleeves from Scratch! Thrifted Make Over #14

Hey guys! It took me a while to get this video up for some reason but that's okay cause it finally got done. In the video I show you how to take two thrifted pillow cases and turn them into a simple flutter sleeve dress. This video also shows you how I create a fully lined bodice with a button back closure.
