  • The last Swedish Saab J35J Draken that still in active service. Built in February 1969 designated model "F". This was the last Draken to be converted to model "J" by Saabs service-life extension program. The plane was delivered in August 1991. This was filmed by me in a private airshow in a windy day, October 2002, just prior to receive a new paintjob.

I see some people referring to the J35 as "The Dragon" which is incorrect. The word "Draken" has two meanings in Swedish. The first is "The Dragon" and the second, the meaning which the J35 is actually named after, is "The Kite". Because the engineers thought the J35 looked like a flying kite.

She is like those women who have something a little bit too off the standard beauty, but that thing gives them such a personality that they become unresistible.
