Charleston chew was a favorite from my mom's childhood, so you were right about it being a classic. She introduced me to it. You're right, the chocolate isn't great, but that nougat!! I got you mostly chewy candies because I know you aren't a fan of hard candies. Oh and I had actually never had the Oreo candies, I just thought they were unique! Our Cadbury cream eggs come foil wrapped, that plastic shell was something I had never seen either. And I got you the smarties just for the reason you said! When you introduced me to "your smarties" I was like "wha??" So I thought you had to try ours! Glad you enjoyed!! 🤗

Oh Jolly Rancher..we used to make sugar cookies...cut out the center. Put a hard Jolly rancher in middle. Bake and the candy melts. Center of cookie. Called them stained-glass window cookies
We made those a couple years ago. But rather than just plain sugar cookie dough we flavored the dough. Still didn’t turn out that good. I tried again last year but rather than doing the candy in the center we just broke up the candy and added the small pieces into the dough which we added a lot of extra vanilla to. Those were MUCH better than the stain-glassed version! Although not as pretty. 🤷🏻♀️

Mars) who created the Milky Way bar the U.S. The Forrest Mars started producing candy bars in similar fashion to his father's Milky Way bar. That is why the taste similar to each other, yet a bit different. :) ( and probably why I love Milky Ways and Mars Bars! )
Save the remainder of the Charleston Chew and put it in the freezer. When it’s frozen you smack it on the counter and crack it into little pieces. And your right it’s a classic American treat, but it’s known for being frozen and the strawberry flavored one is the best. I’ve seen them in a bunch of 25c candy machines. But just the original, not the chewy. I LOVE chewy sprees though, as well as original and chewy sweetarts.
You can get Spree candies in those quarter dispensers, along with other Wonka candies. And original Sweetarts are like the American Smarties but more sour, just so you know. They were my favorite as a kid.

The Milano cookies you opened that were in the Christmas wrap (Pepperidge Farm) those are the same year round and were only wrapped that way for the Holidays. 100 Grand bar was my Grandmother's FAVORITE candy bar so that certainly made me smile and yes....they are DELICIOUS!!!! Have you ever had a Take Five Bar? If not...I will have to consider sending you one. YUMMMMM!!!!! I am not a fan of gummies or hard candy BUT the Jolly Rancher hard candies we have are SUPER fruity and VERY delicious (again something I should send you guys). Goldfish here come in ALL kinds of flavors, colors and even sweet ones. I actually am not a fan of the cheddar ones (or savory ones) but LOVE the sweet ones that we have...hummmm.....maybe another treat for you guys to try...LOL Harvest Snaps come in other flavors that are really delicious but yes...given those or a Cheetos....I would pick a Cheetos any day :o) That Milky Way is BEYOND DELICIOUS....You can give it an 11....as anyone who has had one will agree! The Sweetarts do come in a solid that is chalky like and not chewy but those were the chewy ones and those are actually the VERY best.....really good flavor and I love the chewy part. Razzles and Smarties remind me sooo much of my childhood as well as the Fun Dip (Can you believe that my favorite part of the Fun Dip is the white candy stick that you dip with!?!?!?!?! When I saw razzles I started getting so excited because they don’t sell them in stores anymore. I’ve always wanted to try it bc my mother has talked about how they turned into gum after chewing it but me born in the late 2000’s I never got to try them. I’ll check amazon to see if they have them

When I saw razzles I started getting so excited because they don’t sell them in stores anymore. I’ve always wanted to try it bc my mother has talked about how they turned into gum after chewing it but me born in the late 2000’s I never got to try them. I’ll check amazon to see if they have them
