Hi Kate! So glad you enjoyed the box I sent from Memphis! If you ever come here you will definitely have to spend some time in Dinstuhls. They have a whole shop filled with everything chocolate you could imagine! Hostess orange cupcakes are definitely the best Hostess snack!

Oh no... That's not how you eat a "Now & Later". They start off kind of hard and become soft later, hence the name. You just suck on them till they eventually soften, then you can chew them. A lot of kids learn this the hard way. LOL *:-D*

Yes! Freeze the thin mints. Once they are frozen then eat them! It really makes the flavour soo much better and I'm not usually a fan of chocolate/mint.
Lindt acquired Russell Stover and Whitman's in 2014. Russell Stover has boxed chocolates as well. But Whitman's sampler box (that's what their large assorted box is called) has been around for over a century. Probably still the number one sold chocolate box sold in the US. *I used to work retail; stocked candy and food. Hi,Kate and Alex! Loving this. Just a tip on the classic Now and Later, it needs to be sucked on for awhile before chewing, it becomes like taffy after a time. Became famous because of Marshal Fields. Typically available only in the Midwest & Northwest. Are also delicious. They are fairly expensive, though.
Yesss I’ve been waiting for y’all to try Zapps...a Louisiana classic...literally eating a bag of Zapps while watching this
Y'all need to try Frito Pie! Fritos with chili and shredded cheddar cheese on them. Trust me - it's awesome. I should know, I'm from Texas and Fritos were invented in Texas at the state fair in Dallas. 😉
Sounds so good. Must be good because a few people have said we need to try! Oh cool!
Definitely a fave in Texas
@@ThisWithThem you should do a video together of dishes like this that people suggest!
Alisa Mitchell fellow Texan here and definitely one of my fave. We had these all the time growing up. There quick and easy. And also make great for cold football nights.
And great for the rainy nights too. Texan here aswell. New Caney Tx
Watermelon Bubbilicious was my favorite gum as a kid. They even used to law the pieces loom like slices of watermelon!
So good isn't it!! 😋
Live in Cincinnati, Ohio; we are a ya'll state also!
Really? I'm in NE Indiana and we aren't but I do think southern Indiana is so I guess that makes sense!
I need to bring it to the UK haha
Ya'll in Ohio? Maybe south of Columbus
I loved your video. Happy Valentines Day to you and Alex. Kate I love your shirt. Love Zapps chips. Hostess is delicious. Russell Stovers my favorite chocolate. I love eating Peeps normal. Crunch n Munch makes such a good popcorn snack. Love you guys!
Thank you Clair. Happy Valentine’s Day to you too! Hehe thank you ☺️ Russell stover is incredible. ♥️♥️
I’m so glad you finally got Whitman’s chocolate. I get a Whitman’s Sampler box of assorted chocolates every Christmas from my dad :)
Ah no way! How lovely
Indeed. It’s become a tradition ever since I was a child.
By the way, thank you for responding. I absolutely love your videos. You and Alex are so descriptive and positive when trying different snacks from around the world. And your recipe videos make everything looks so easy and the results look delicious.
So nice! Ah thank you so much, i am so pleased you enjoy our videos@@its2simple
We’re from Memphis and we love Dinstuhl’s!! If you’re ever in town, you’ll have to try their chocolate covered strawberries!
Oh wow, they sound amazing
Hi Kate and Alex😊😊
Hey Cindy! Hope you enjoyed watching 😀
I love the orange cupcakes.
Must find those crunchy mint M&Ms....
yes! haha
Found them, they are yummy
Y’all for sure! Born and raised in the Texas & Oklahoma which is the south. I don’t think I ever ever naturally say, “you all,” actually. A lot of us will also say, “y’all all” haha. I haven’t seen Zapp’s chips since I lived in Houston, they were in like every grocery store but I’ve never seen them here in Oklahoma. :(
Little Debbie and Hostess are everywhere in America!
Thanks Travis!
@@ThisWithThem ❤👍
On the big box of Whitman they have the favorite inside the box.
I say y'all and I'm from Michigan. I would think it's more individual choice on what they say. Y'all, you all, yuns.
I'm from Michigan too and alot of us say y'all
So glad this was on today I am just chilling out eating sweets and waiting for my pizza delivery love your videos Kate and Alex x
Ahh amazing! Hope you enjoyed watching and enjoyed your food 🤤😋 x
I definitely did thank you 💖
OK y'all can get both little Debbie and hostess almost everywhere in the US. At one point hostess was the better of the two but a few years back hostess went through bankruptcy and bought by a new company and they changed for the worst so now little Debbie is better.
Ah no way! So interesting thanks for letting us know ☺️
Happy Valentine’s Day Alex and Kate even though it was yesterday in Sydney hope you had a great day
♥️♥️♥️

We have those ones in our box! Can't wait to try them 😋
I clicked Soo fast I am Soo exited
Yaay hope you enjoyed it!
I love, love, LOVE when you two do American accents!! Always makes me laugh. We can get Little Debbies everywhere - I prefer them over Hostess. So glad you guys love Russell Stover - it is very under-rated here and looked down on as cheap candy. I absolutely love Russell Stover. The marshmallow eggs at Easter are the BEST!!
Yaay thank you. So glad you do ☺️ I love doing them haha. I think Russell stover will always be my fave now 😍😍 wow they sound amazing
It's my birthday

Ozarks?
@@oef6975 More likely Pittsburgh - that's the only place I've heard yuns.
@@bob_._. it's used all over Missouri and part of Arkansas especially the Ozark area
I’ve been watching the series Ozark!!! Love it
I just Learnt about Yuns today. Will need to google how it’s pronounced
It it's a southern saying. I'm from southern Alabama and everyone in the state says y'all... I love your channel, me and my daughter watch all the time.
Hi love the video I also would like to know if you have any yummy simple recipes as I love to bake if you go on to my channel if you have time if you look at My Motte And Bailey Castle History Homework I made it out of cake
Now and Laters are a 2 N 1 candy. They're a hard candy you suck on for now and then a chewy one later after you've had them for awhile. These and Cry-Babies (sour gumballs) were very popular candy when I was in middle school. My favorite flavors of Now N Later are banana and watermelon. Hope you give them another go in the future! You can also get a chocolate Hostess cupcake with chocolate frosty, but the orange ones are my very favorite!
We Texans say y'all a lot! It's definitely a southern states thing. It's "you all" compressed. Love y'all!! 💗 Happy Valentine's day to you both!!
I love watching your videos! Have you tried the one chip challenge? Would love to see you try it.
zapps are amazing. cajun dill gator tators are the best!
Hey guys, great video! and regarding the ya'll, I am from Florida and that is mostly used in the south. (:
Love your videos!! Would love to see you guys do a taste test "Battle of the Bubblegums" and determine the best bubble gums.
