  • Join me on a chilly and windy morning as I explore the historical and beautiful streets of Galveston.
If you want to know more join us on deep dive into some of these topics! Check out Galveston Unscripted Podcast and audio tour! www.galvestonunscripted.com/p...
In this video, I take a walk down 24th Street and show you some of the island's favorite homes that have been restored or have had no reason to be restored. We also discover the story behind the George Ball house, the Ursuline Convent, and the Garten Verein. Learn about the history of the city and how the hands and work of our ancestors shape the place we are in today. Visit GalvestonUnscripted.com for more and the podcast that delves into all of this fantastic island. #GalvestonUnscripted #GalvestonHistory #GalvestonArchitecture

Really enjoy the podcast and videos. We migrate to the island from Ohio for a few weeks every summer. Love the architecture and history.

Yeah, I’ll definitely walk around there. That’s the location of the oldest African American Church in the state.
Do you live around there? Do you want to tell me some history about that area?
