I can't think of a reason why that would happen at this moment. You may want to check through the settings. When I initially got mine I couldn't get the Arp or Sequencer to work at all. In the end I tried a Reset and that fixed the issue for me, now I think back it may have been an issue with the clock not being set to internal.
@@61KeyAudio i found the problem, it was my fault, in ableton, the midi input was set to "all ins", meaning the pro vs was playing the midi clip and sending back the notes to itself in a feedback loop^^
Second tutorial that I've watched that doesn't work. Nothing starts "playing" when I press the play/active button to start the arp. Does anyone know of a tutorial where someone actually speaks? :)
Yes that would stop it working. I've used it on USB before now and forgot to set it back and found the same issue. It stops the sequencer working, because it is expecting the timing from another source. I was going to suggest that next. Glad you got it working enjoy.👍
Great tutorial, thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your kind comment.
Mine is cursed, it plays the arpeggio once and stops, holding the keys doesn't change anything

@@JaguarPanda O.K. I've never tried Ableton, so I couldn't have helped with that. Glad you figured it out. Enjoy!!!

Hi, thanks for posting; I guess you are pressing a key on the keyboard after pressing the play button?.
@@61KeyAudio for some reason the source clock in mine was set to external by default. :?
