You have blessed my home... I just made the most beautiful cornice i just came here for ideas on how to mount it. Its a bit heavy because of the window length and the lights I've installed into it! the tufted one looks nice but you didn't pay attention to the direction of the nap of the fabric when you glued it together which is why one end looks darker and one end looks lighter

So clever from simple materials can create something beautiful .
I've made cornices using foam insulation board. I got several in a package from Lowes.. they are cheap but you can't use hi-temp glue..
