How the hell can you be triggered by someone else’s medical issues? It’s her body not yours. She’s the one who has to live with you! God, is your life so boring you have to find the dumbest things to get pissy about.
First and foremost why should recording conversations be illegal in the first place? I can understand it to be illegal if it infringes on say company secrets/patents If you're gonna say something out loud (anything really), you think before you speak. Tbf we live in a funny world where even if we have common sense we just don't use it The courts say they provide "justice" but then you need evidence against them and planting like a voice bug is illegal because it "infringers their privacy", I can see this argument being used against stalkers but then again use common sense, those with a valid reason should be allowed to do so.
I deal with FMLA a lot as a supervisor. What hallened in story 1 is horrifying. They all deserved what they got. OP wasn’t obligated to share any details (though often people do). I wonder how Aubrey would have reacted if OP did tell her what happened when she came to her house. I would love to have seen her face. Showing up to her house after everything that happened was beyond stupid.
S1: I’d see about taking legal action against the first doctor for putting his personal views ahead of actually treating a patient and almost causing them to die, also I’d sue both HR and Aubrey, I’d also look for a new job bcz that’s a damn toxic environment Mmmkay she is gonna leave, that’s great I just hop when she leaves she has both arms up flipping the bird
Story 2, do women not realize they are plenty of ways to “find themselves” that don’t involve having an affair? Learn a new skill like guitar, find a new hobby like gardening, get a part-time job

As an employment law attorney, story 1 is what we dream about 🤑
I bet it is. That seems like such an easy win for a lawyer to get.
Sue the company sue the individual sue their family sue the pets

@Keg46can never forget that!!!
@Keg46 oh yeah absolutely. I'm 100% sure the hamster, wich is buried in their backyard, has his little paws in it too

It’s just out of boredom, childish/entitlement or jealousy, but they’re idiots in the beginning to be honest
@victormontes7007 yo, the majority of us dont want this shit around either
It was because OP wasn't playing ball.
Because she's jealous OP is better than she is.
Second story is a great argument for one party consent laws. Have them with the provision the recordings were made for valid reasons.

Op was so smart to gather proof against his wife before she could destroy him in court
