Can this soldering machine be used in watchmaking applications? Specifically to replace broken dial feet from the underside of the watch dial (face) without burning the finish off the front of the dial?
Nice demo on a resistance soldering machine. I wish you would mention the machines amp capacity and its power setting options. You also didn't mention the type of silver solder used extra easy, easy, medium, or hard. About 3/4 of the way through rite after you complete the solder joint you call it a weld this is not correct. You can weld gold with it but silver does not like to weld even with a laser welder.
