Will this basic replaced recipe work with pretty much any cake mix, if you just change the fruit, and Mix types? Carrot cake muffins? Triple Chocolate Muffins, etc? The wife wants to make some carrot cake style Muffins, and I suggested using a cake mix. That's why I ask.
@@jmj1993 Last weekend the wife made a Betty Crocker carrot cake mix into muffins, by adding canned pumpkin and light raisins and crushed walnuts. They were very good. She wants to try a spice cake mix soon. She never makes anything straight, she always adds other ingredients. So I'll see what concoction she comes up with next. Thanks for sharing this video.
Your posted recipe says; 2/3 c.oil but the video says 1/3 c.oil which is correct ? Will be using applesauce instead of oil, healthier & adding chopped walnuts along with cinn.spice. unless I use a spice cake mix & No mention of oven temp & how long to bake, you need to correct the recipe you posted in the description area.

Her new concoction: spice cake mix muffins w/ pumpkin & white raisins & pecans. She likes Pumpkin as you can tell. Good stuff tho.

Description says 3/4 oil and you said 1/3 cup Also how much blueberries. Thanks

what tempetuare did u use for the oven and how long?
350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
