@@graysguitarz Turn to Despair was never included in any official BFMV releases, the only physical version of it is in a now rare compilation CD from 2004, made when the band had just changed name from Jeff Killed John.
Lyrics [Verse 1] Needs to be a revolution Well maybe then there'll be less tension They become into the nature Far frustrating Need some time for recollection Maybe then there'll be less friction Need to be a thing to nature So proceed with caution [Chorus] I pull my heart from the air You always took it and broke it over there You said that I didn't care How could my dreams turn to despair? Turn to despair [Verse 2] There is temporary redemption Your demise is my creation Let me talk into the next one Talking symbols We need some hope and recollection Maybe then there'll be less tension Don't you want to find your closure? Proceed with caution [Chorus] I pull my heart from the air You always took it and broke it over there You said that I didn't care How could my dreams turn to despair? [Breakdown] Push it, go [Interlude] Time to release the crease in the beast The blood shed and killing when will it cease? Clenching our fists at the snap of our wrist Time to get up and get down with the shit Too much sorrow, no tomorrow Too much sorrow, no tomorrow Too much sorrow, no tomorrow Too much sorrow, no tomorrow [Outro] Turn to despair Turn to despair
Unfortunately it doesn't exist "officially" and in high quality anywhere, it's all the same mp3s floating around online. Some people on reddit were able to find a random obscure compilation CD from 2004 that has it, and that's the only official version we know of. So you'd have to track down that CD somehow to get a proper uncompressed version. Which begs the question of where these youtube and mp3 versions of it come from. It's a mystery.
0:26 - 0:50 is my favorite part. I love the whole song tho. I miss the old bullet. It definitely won’t be the same without Moose and Jay. I’m glad they’re killing it in Kill The Lights. : )
It’s strange to realize that at that moment in time they had no idea how brilliant and immortal the music they were making. time passes but I'm still here.
Well, that's because when they renamed themselves to BFMV, they redid some older songs from the JKJ era and renamed them. And this one is indeed based on Nation 2 Nation

@@anterionan4731 this would’ve been nice to add on to the hand of blood ep. I feel like it meshes well with the other songs on it.
You know what’s funny? I literally finished listening to the title track Gravity and right afterwards I’m here. It’s absolute night and day.
Kinda sad how they changed, not gonna lie.
The new album is very redeeming, check out Shatter, Parasite and Knives!
Can't stop listening this.
This was the real BFMV
Mmm no it still is just grown up.
