I don't care what Metal elitists say. I can listen to some teach death and then come back to BFMV. This makes me miss the days when I was so much into BFMV. So much nostalgia.
Matt's earlier lyrics are deffo the most "from the heart". I still dig stuff off of Venom and the self titled but, The Poison era and even Scream Aim Fire still hit me hard in the chest on an emotional level :)

It's really impressive to see the dedication to _good_ music, songs that have feeling and skill rather than just a band name and a price tag. I love their Domination cover, yes it gets its share of criticisms, but I would like to see them pick up their instruments and try to track Dimebag and Phil through the hellish desert of riffs and leads. Not to mention it sounds very much like a, 'hit record and lets find out', which are my personal favorites, and Bullet did a fantastic job with that very demanding song. Effort seems to be lacking the world over anymore, but sadly, not the crybaby sneers. lol

Every song in the world is "EMO" if you want to get technical, that purpose of music is making it so that people can relate. Whether its aggressive/angry or its upbeat and happy. This song is Emotionally great regardless. Let the haters hate look how far BFMV has come compared to what they want to refer you to. It was this song that directed me towards lovers of rock music (I can’t stand rap). Now I'm 30 years old, I still love rock music, but now BFMV seems too easy for me!
A7X got signed with WB, had two number 1 albums, have a huge diehard fanbase, and is the most popular metal of this generation. I think it worked out great for them.

Nothing will ever beat The Poison. Honestly I think Fever and Scream Aim Fire are tied for second and Temper Temper third. Tears don't fall part 2 sounds just like part 1. And not to mention their best 2 songs on the album are the bonus tracks. Thats the old bullet. Sounds like Don Gilmore let them do what they want for the bonus tracks but not for the rest of the album.
