Loved this! I just did a low carb high protein pizza crust from Low Carb Love - 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs - blend until smooth - bake for 30 minutes. Then add your toppings and broil. It was great! Something I have been doing for my sweet tooth is some greek yogurt, PB2 powder and a few chocolate chips (might need to add some honey if you want it sweeter) mix it up and enjoy!
I don't know if you have seen them on Instagram but I really like the grinder sandwich without the bread here's what's I do: -Shredded lettuce or Roman lettuce sliced -all natural(no antibiotics or persevatives) turkey lunch meat sliced or cubed in bite size pieces. - diced onions -diced pickles -slice up some cheese -roma tomatoes - throw that in the bowl -Add some honey mustard and avacado mayo - a dash of salt and pepper and mix it together and it like that. IT IS MY NEW ADDICTION! you should give it a try ❤️
I love Reese's peanut butter cups so instead, I will buy apples and cut them in circles, put peanut butter all over the circle and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top. I even added granola one time because I love the texture. You look fabulous!

Take away the last 0 from 100 making it 10 so 17 is greater than 10)

I just started Ozempic and you need to eat some healthy carbs, so if I feel like my sugar is low I'll have a banana or half a honey crisp apple. The key isn't just low carb though, it's low calories unless you burn a lot working out.. I've already dropped 19lbs in 32 days and feel amazing!!

Adrienne, I literally just went keto this Monday. If you haven't you must try the Rebel ice cream, it's keto and I enjoyed it. I tried the salted caramel today. Only 6 carbs and 1 gram of sugar per pint!!
I also have my own spin on a high protein McGriddle but it’s not keto. Still it’s 500 calories and 45 grams of protein! I use the frozen Kodiak pancakes. One serving of those with two scrambled eggs, turkey sausage crumbles, and cheese with a dash of sf syrup and it’s a delicious McGriddle scramble!

Here are a few low carb substitutions and hacks - 1.)If you love toast or bread. 647 bread is an amazing low carb bread that comes in all flavors- Italian, wheat, potato and more!! 2.) if you love chips and dip but need low carb version. Out of the same tortillas you have. Grab olive oil (or Avocado Oil) and salt. Brush the olive oil all over the tortilla, then sprinkle salt on top. Grab a pizza cutter and slice it in how many pieces you’d like. Put it in the oven at 350 for 5-10 mins depending on the thickness of the tortilla. Then you make a home made salsa or guac dip 😋 3.) easy / quick low carb snack- strawberries and whip cream(zero carbs)!! 😋 4.) there’s also low carb mini cheesecake recipe. That’s all that come to mind rn but if anymore come up I’ll add them 😉
