The new sign went up on Monday 29-7-2024 it says don't touch the horse on both signs
New sign but the same ignorant tourists. Neither the guard nor the police make sure that people stick to it. Makes no sense to me 🤷
The sign says do not touch the reins still. At least this sign does.

I think what ever sign you put up people are not going to read it it's up to the guards to tell people not to touch.
