I always told my boss I can’t have a deadline 3 months down the road … I do so MUCH better when it needs to be done asap ( as long as I can get it done ✔️) she got it and never told me long deadlines and was thrilled when it got turned in as work completed quickly 😂it worked for me and took my stress level down … now the only down side with this is I did a LOT of work on my own time … BUT for me it creates more piece of mind … may not work for you Zoe 🎉but for me it was wonderful glenda
Love your videos but be careful taking any tech into the sauna!! I wore my garmin watch into a sauna two weeks ago and it died. When I got back to my room I put it on the charger and it never turned back on 😢

Make yourself put your phone down more. Just get your stuff done. I have to do the same thing. I heard this idea that says do the most you can before NOON. I do notice that if I work super fast on things in the morning, that I get more done for the day.
Hey Zoe ☺️ I started a free trial for audible this month with the intention of listening while on the treadmill, which I have been doing but because I’m hooked on this book I’ve also been listening on my way to and from work or while doing chores. It’s Lisa Jewell’s “None of This is True” and it’s SO GOOD. It’s a full cast audio book and it deals with a podcast so when they’re recording the podcast, it actually sounds like one and there’s interviews here and there and wow I love it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different. & The story is gripping!!
24 hours can seem like such a loooong time or it can go so fast... i'm moving soon so will definitely need to give this a go to make sure I get it all done

I am IN complete agreement with KEEP THE office till I see it doesn’t help my taxes … as a business expense … I have a stand desk due to knee issues ( 66 and LOVING it haha 😂) Glenda
