Regarding the show- I think they should do what they did with the Duggars. Cancel Sister Wives, and maybe start a new show with Christine and Janelle and whatever kids choose to be on it. None of us want to continue seeing Kody and Robyn after this.
No more shows at all, let them be and live their lives in relative peace
I agree - leave K&R out. The adult kids can decide if they want to be on it. The ONLY way I’d want to see Kody is - if he has remorse and humility. But I doubt that will happen.
The show needs to be cancelled. Scripting grief is immoral.

I’m absolutely disgusted in what some creators are doing! I understand we all feel the need to talk about him and how we feel because we are grieving but some creators that are making up lies and being nasty is going to far.

Unfortunately she is going to milk it for every penny she can and she doesn’t care if what she is saying is true or total lies. I hope TLC & the Brown family reach their breaking point with her and her ridiculousness and finally sue her. At some point she has to be stopped. It’s horrific what she is doing.

This death is so tragic, disturbing and heartbreaking. If something I read about viewers saying they heard Cody’s
horribly disturbing words from Cody’s mouth attacking Garrison over the past three or four years. Is the public at all complicit in not reporting Cody’s bullying ugly behavior to the TV production company? Did the production company see Cody’s verbal abuse toward Garrison?

To lose a child is difficult but to lose them in this way is just tragic. They are regardless of the relationships between them, the grief they are feeling must be just devastating. We need to be kind. I hope they will continue to film and bring mental health issues to the front. I am sure they are all reflecting on their own struggles so be kind to them.

If they want to film it, then that's their decision . I wish nothing but peace and healing for this family. I've seen another youtuber saying they had pics of a care team at kodys.... for the love of God !! I have zero thoughts or remarks about Kody and Robin....i leave that there. For the rest of the family, it's going to be a difficult time for a long time.

I’m amazed how some other creators claim to know how some family members are reasoning or are reacting in this tragic situation. Drawing conclusions based on speculation is not compassionate and gossip at best.
Jenelle has a beautiful family and Savannah has grown into a beautiful young women.
So sorry to hear about Garrison. I think sister wives should be canceled because at this point the concept is over for this family. Kody only has 1 wife. The others are ex wives like in any other family. These women need to get jobs like any other women. I never thought being on tv reality shows was good for the children anyway. I hope this didn’t contribute to what happened to Garrison. That would be so difficult for his family to bear. I never could stand Kody. I don’t know what these women saw in him. He’s too arrogant for me. I really couldn’t stand the way he treated the boys during the pandemic. Did he and his older sons ever really make up? I watched a few episodes last season but I couldn’t tell if they made up or not. Kody kept blaming the moms for any of the issues. He’s so full of it.

Yes, I agree. I pray that all of them are able to heal and move on with their lives after such a tragic loss, but my heart as a mother goes out to Janelle. Of course I could not even imagine what she has gone through… And then the sun reporting that Robin was the most devastated I could not even believe that… But my heart goes out to Gabe probably the most. He has gone through so much in the last couple of years and he is so emotional. I just pray that he gets the help that he needs to get him through this, and that he is able to go on and live in normal life after that. I couldn’t imagine going to one of my sisters houses and finding them like that. I feel like that would mess anyone up but then you have Gabe who is just been through so much shit I just wanna hug him and tell him that it’s OK. Everything‘s gonna be OK. Even though it’s not OK at least right now, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Gabe and my heart breaks for him. I my heart breaks for Garrison that he was in so much pain and was suffering so much from all this that he felt that that was his only way out of it, it’s so sad
I think the show should be cancelled. Yes-they will address what has happened. If the family is comfortable, perhaps they should talk about it in the Season 19 finale and then the show should be cancelled. This is no longer about entertainment. Real human lives are at stake. It's easy for me to feel like I'm just watching a show but these are real people and this is a real family who is hurting beyond anything I can imagine. I recall Kody once saying that one thing that makes doing the show so hard is that when someone gets upset with another-it’s constantly replayed over and over and over again. So you can see how and why it would be hard to move past any grievances that occurred in the past. Think about how our own mind can just ruminate on an unpleasant memory endlessly. I can’t imagine having it constantly being brought up and replayed constantly. So now they are dealing with much more than trying to move past snide comments toward one another. The family needs help and support to find some sort of path toward healing and that will NOT occur through TLC. TLC will exploit this situation and replay some of the worst videos from the past over and over and over. And what good will that do? It will constantly stir up anger, blame, and sadness. It will not bring any peace to the family. Unfortunately, the consequences of more exploitation could take an even more tragic turn. TLC has exploited this family enough. Yes-the adults were willing and agreed to it…but the children had no say. We need protections/regulations/laws in place to protect children from reality tv. I was a willing viewer. The show started out so interesting and Kody actually seemed like a fun and kind person. And ya know-he really WAS a different person back then. Yes-he’s changed and I do agree that RB is a part of that change but I also suspect that being on the show has led him down this really angry path. Years later, as the Duggar children, the Gosselin children, and the Brown children have aged-I now see the REAL toll that reality tv takes on the children.

My opinion season 19, if it has to do with the issues of family drama, should not be aired right now. Maybe scrap, edit, and show more of the family coming together to heal.😢❤ I could be wrong, but again, just my opinion
I agree with you. It seems so harmful to air family discord just for fame and money. I also don’t want them to lie to us but seriously, they can find interesting stuff to air without anyone crap-talking anyone else.
Honestly I watched this show because I grew to love watching Christine and Janelle and their families. I still want to watch them but I wouldn’t blame them whether they canceled or continued. They to me have always been so real whether they are happy or sad. They weren’t fake and I appreciated that. I would love to still watch them and see how they are doing. And hopefully dealing with the topic of mental illness and bringing awareness to it. I do think they should make it a positive and uplifting show instead of the drama that Kody and Robyn bring to it.
I know that you did not name names but as soon as you started talking about, there are certain creators who have dug so damn deep into this family just on a regular day that it shouldn’t be all surprising that this person… Katie… Would also request police records, listening to the scanners I mean doing the most like she thinks that she is homeland security honestly it’s crazy I’m sure that she’s not alone in that I’m sure that there are other people who have also done that. She’s just the only one that I’ve seen that has just completely dug into the depths of all of this and it’s crazy. It is so crazy that someone has that much time on their hands. However when you are digging into peoples lives, and yes they are public figures. I will give them that, but everyone is entitled to some privacy and when people dig so deep to the point where they are talking to neighbors and they are talking to family members and friends and anyone that they can get information from… And the stuff that, she gets about these people that aren’t things that she is hearing from a third-party I just wonder like how do you even find stuff like this? I mean you look at the stuff that she has found out about Robin. Robin has been a closed book. You know exactly as much as she has wanted to tell you and nothing more when she talks about how she grew up it’s very vague, and very generalized where in general most polygamist grow up that way so we could have surmised that she also grew up that way we didn’t need her to tell us that, but I’ll tell you I’ve learned so much about freaking because of her sleuthing
Listen, I get that content creators need to get their information somewhere and they want to report on things but I’ve never seen anyone else do the digging and essentially stalking that she’s done… Almost everyone else that I have ever watched they talk about very surface level things… Things that they have learned through different articles, and Press releases and what they’ve learned on the show it’s not this crazy digging into peoples lives I mean I gotta say she’s got to know these peoples blood type and Social Security numbers

I’m going to sound really bad here, but I’m going to play devils advocate. Perhaps, content creators should follow the lead of the Browns’. If the Browns’ are willing to profit off their child’s tragic death, then why shouldn’t the content creators? Also, it’s really ironic to suggest content creators shouldn’t profit off this when you are doing exactly that. You can lead by example and turn off ads. These videos about Garrison do not need to be monetized. Or, if they are, all or a portion of earnings could be donated to a charity in Garrison’s honor.
Now don’t freak and come at me. Not everything I said I actually believe - it’s just something to consider. I don’t know how I feel. I’m devastated for the family, but most of all, Garrison. I’m leaning towards the side that sister wives should be canceled.
I agree that the show should be cancelled. It’s been so toxic lately. I know they’ve been earning great money from it but all the original spouse (ie the 5 adults) are able to earn money in other ways and anyone involved in a reality show should consider that work to be temporary and plan to return to regular life eventually.
Your first point is interesting and I partly agree. However, we don’t know currently if the Browns will include Garrison’s death in the show. If they do, it’s up to them to do so in a way that honours his memory. Some creators are not at all concerned with that when they comb police reports and publicize sensational details. But I see this particular RUclipsr and this video as respectful and informative so I think it is helpful, not harmful.
And yes, it would be a nice gesture to donate the money earned to one of Garrison’s favourite cat shelters. Or donate it in Reality Charm’s own jurisdiction (I believe she’s Canadian) if that makes more sense. There are lots of cat shelters everywhere.

I don't want to see the show cancelled, I have watched it since Season 1 episode 1, I really don't care much for Kody and Robyn but I do the OG 3 wives and children, so as long as they want to include us I will be there, as heartbreaking as Garrison's death was, there will also be joyful times ahead like more weddings and births, now that the wives have left Kody, maybe moving ahead there won't be so much sadness to deal with, I am praying that the remaining younger kids in late teens and early twenties get help and counseling to deal with and process everything that happened and know it was not their fault.

I was wondering if anyone else thought that she was talking about Katie. I mean she has openly said that she has requested police reports that she is listening to scanners and going through transcripts. It’s crazy that this person thinks that she is homeland security like you live in, what I’m assuming is probably the Midwest sitting in your living room just digging up information about people it’s so weird. Everyone else that I’ve ever watched it’s all very surface level. They report on things that they’ve learned from different articles like TMZ and the sun, and different press releases interviews, and what they’ve seen on the show and it’s not even just with the death of Garrison it’s with everything this girl supposedly all these people who are neighbors … And family, friends… And family members and people who grew up with one of them that’s supposedly contact her… I mean out of all the people that cover Sister wives these people seem to constantly go to without a crystal ball and no one else it’s weird it’s all just so strained, but she digs into peoples lives on a normal day… She gets giddy when mykelti and Tony have referenced her on their Patreon… Or when they’ve actually said her name, I mean she’ll put clips in her videos of that part of their Patreon to be like look they’re talking about me they’re talking about me. It would not shock me for a single second if that woman knew whether or not, they were organ donors what their Social Security numbers are, what their blood type is
