I have got the token tru opay, please which one is "ktc 1&2" ? Ive been trying to load my token, nothing is happening😢
@Just_her_Ada KTC 1 and 2 means key token change, these are the codes you receive along with the main token when you purchase units on the new meter for the first time.
What is the meter is off cause it seems like the meter is off
@ogidanfolakemu3128 You can't do this when the meter is off (No electricity)
