Cool set up, might work good for my goats. Although, all I could think of when you were walking through all that brush was, man he’s gonna be covered in ticks!! LOL Not sure what part of the country y’all are in, but here in southern MO the ticks are bad this year!! Good video, thank you for sharing.
i have several smart fences that have some terrible friction, i took them apart and cant seem to see nay adjustment, maybe shaving the width of a bushing could help. have you had thi issue?
@@niiaryeeankrah9830 This is used on goats and sheep. This herd has both. Drive down a path with the 4 wheeler to run the wire through. That will help keep the bottom wire out of the grass. Use a bigger charger if needed.
Thanks, guys, for taking the time to answer my questions. Really appreciate it. One last question: Where is the best and most affordable place to get them. Again thx.
I really like that set up one time and done, that was pretty slick,, thanks for taking the time to show us that
I really like the smart fence but like you said, they have their place.

We're not far from you, South of Kansas City about 1 hour, on the Kansas side. Yes, the ticks are very bad this year, but they always are.

No, We haven't had that trouble as far as I know. I'll ask Travis just to make sure.
Hi guys, would this fence work with meat goats also, or is it another animal altogether.?
Secondly, how well does it work with all that brush and the possibility of grounding the bottom wires? Thx.
I've been considering some of that smart fencing. I think this video might have made my decision. Looks like it definitely has its purpose.

Ruff country, pretty cool
Ive used these. They are good until they get tangled/break etc. Buy with caution.
