To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.
I have the sesh and the battery life is what annoys me I love all of the features but its just they don't last me for long enough because AirPods last me for a week or two
First I was judging off of looks, but now bass and battery...I'm still with indy I got the Indy's, and they work pretty good, my only problems with it is the fit and the sound does sound a little bit low. 2 Weeks later, they don't work properly at all. It's not worth the purchase
For some reason I find the sound to be fuller on the bass end (had to use the right ear pieces because out of the box I was thinking refund). I enjoy them more than my Powerbeats. My only gripe is that they’re rough on my ears due to the controls. For $30 it’s a keeper.
If you're listening to a song with a lot of bass (low life - future) you will not hear the audio at all when the bass drops. Just found that out just now 🤣
It's weird how there's some sort of compromise with each one, and that they didn't try to make one set the best. Also, as an early adopter of the push it was a bit of a slap in the face to have all those colors come out right after.
That's probably because Skull Candy doesn't manufacture their own stuff but it's slightly modified Chinese OEM stuff and those two are from two different manufacturers.

Sound engineer here, and I own both the Push and the Indy and I have a few corrections (all information I use about the Push is solely based on the tech specs and educated guesses). Connectivity: The main earbud for the Push and Sesh is the left bud, and the main bud for the Indy is the right bud. You can use 1 earbud by itself with each type, but it has to be the main bud of the pair. Even though the Indy contains a newer Bluetooth version and has a better range connection, the Push has less lag when watching videos and movies compared to the Indy. I have no clue if the Sesh has any lag or not, but since it has the newer Bluetooth version and is similar to the Push, I would guess it would have the least lag of all 3. Sound Quality: The Push has a larger driver at 9.2mm whereas the Indy and Sesh both have 6mm drivers. The tech specs don’t specify what type of drivers they are, but the Push produces much more sound than the Indy and the difference in driver size is probably why. (Equalization “eq” is the changing the balance of sound frequencies to produce a better mix. Here are the groupings of eq’s for earbuds and headphones: Lows = Bass Low-Mids = Instruments High-Mids = Vocals Highs = Trebles) (Flat Response means little to no equalization, and a “flat” frequency means that it hasn’t been changed or it’s been changed slightly. The Indy sounds like it has reduced Lows with flat Mids and Highs. I’m not sure about the Sesh because I don’t own a pair, but my guess would be that it has slightly boosted Lows with flat Mids and Highs. Skullcandy is known for good sound quality, so none of these 3 are lacking by any means. My advice is that you buy the Sesh if you’re on a budget, the Indy if you like the design of AirPods but want better sound quality than what Apple give you, or the Push if you don’t mind spending a little more.
Gonna get the Sesh! I didn’t think the battery life will bother me. I don’t use earbuds for 3 hours straight. I’ll use them for an hour or two and then store them in the case. Now I have to decide between back or red! I wish there was a purple pair!

I got the SESH on Black Friday for $29.99 and while I'm super happy with how they sound, I'm not really fond of their comfort level... it seems like I can't get them as deep in my ear as other Skullcandy buds, like the Ink'd or Jib, because of how thick and boxy their design is, and sometimes they feel like they're loose and might fall out (but they're not and they don't). I also can't seem to get the volume buttons to press without either taking them out or pushing them further into my ear than they're able to go to the point that it hurts... I'm on my third pair of INDY EarBuds. All were stone dead out of the box, and I've had charging and battery life issues with all three. Often one earbud will not charge, and I get between 50min to 1:50 min operation per charge, and about two charges per case charge. The third set power's off when it says it has 30% remaining so I suspect the earbud batteries may be damaged from setting for months in a completely discharged state. I've also had connection issues and it's hard to control the volume and playback using the touch controls. Mic audio quality is poor and muffled, microphone levels are over-driven, and I suspect it may not be using A2DP for mic audio, but low bit rate codec.
I just bought the Indy and I had the same experience with the control buttons. It made me laugh, that was a good reality check for me, thank you. Great review. By the way I am happy with them.
The Indy's work pretty alright, but one thing is that I think you missed on the Indy's is that both buds work in stand alone. I usually use the right bud when Im going mono.
Hi, what do you think, is Jlab AirExecutive better compare to all those Skullcandy Earbuds? Since you have reviewed Jalab AirExecutive earlier, I think you can make a True comparison. Thanks in advance.
what does "in the case mean" do you plug the case into the computer and the case acts as a sort of wirless/dact router for the earbuds.... I'm confused.
JLab air icon is $60 and it literally has 3 sound modes *that changes for real* I think it all sounds good and loud and the bass sound mode is strong too !!! It has touch capacitive, it is light, it is 6 hours but *24* total with the case !!!! One weird thing about it is the case has a built in cable for charging but I mean it can be convenient, but I'm afraid it will break. So I have an old pair of Powerbeats 3, and it came with a useless rubber sleeve for a case which I had no use for until now how it is ideal for slipping my JLab case into that rubber sleeve case for extra protection. If you have the powerbeats 3 that useless case can because useful not just for JLab, but any small true wireless earbuds that are small.
111915 528518 I actually don’t like the j lab airs I feel that they’re too heavy and fall out all the time and just aren’t comfortable and the fact that you can’t just use one sucks and I have a glitch where they’ll pair to my device while there charging or just won’t charge at all

I wonder, can you only use the right one by having the left one charging in the case and both playing audio. I now you probably wouldn't be able to control them without the left one, but if you wanted to, do you think this would work? Or will they not play while charging?
AYUDA!

I bought the Skullcandy Sesh 2 days ago. I'm very impressed with it. My only criticism is that information that came with it is inadequite. It failed to explain what the button to the right of the 4 lights does. It failed to tell what the red and blue lights signify.
How does it sound? I just bought Indy because they were $10 cheaper then Sesh. It's okay sound but it sounds exactly the same as Skullcandy Ink'd that i got in 2017. I am wondering if i should get Anker which are like $30 on amazon and a lot of people like them

I've heard they have connection issues. Is that true? I'm considering getting some.
Are there different Indy models? I have the original and can’t get the left to stand alone and can’t get the assistant to work.
Thank you, Love this review. Very thorough!
My Indy Evos last like 6 and a half hours. U can also use right by itself on them
JLab air icon is $60 and it literally has 3 sound modes *that changes for real* I think it all sounds good and loud and the bass sound mode is strong too !!!
111915 528518 I actually don’t like the j lab airs I feel that they’re too heavy and fall out all the time and just aren’t comfortable and the fact that you can’t just use one sucks and I have a glitch where they’ll pair to my device while there charging or just won’t charge at all
Can you do a vidoe on Volkano wireless earphones, apparently they really good and cheap
I want a low end with evenly spaced mids and highs. Which I havnt found except in my jabra elite 65 t
What about the Vert?
Which one would you recommend for Videogames FPS?
I cant get my indys to stay on they Won't charge correctly and i dont know why
I have the sesh but the problem is that when i close the case it sometimes doesnt charge the left one and it doesnt disconnect it from bluetooth
I love skullcandy
Very good comparison mate! I did not find another Comparison video on YT such as yours. Subscribing immediately!!
Thank you
Next time the Push go on sale, I'm going to get them.
The battery life is the main reason why I want to get the Push, as I keep my earbuds in for the majority of the day
Thanks for the comparison!
Today Skullcandy is having a SALE 30% off use the code BESTBUDS30
Does anybody know which one sticks out more, the Push or the Sesh bc I really want to use this in class without the teacher really noticing.
The Indy's stick out the most, then the Sesh and the the Push
Push is best I use em they dont stick out much
So should I get the push Indy or sesh
I'm so exited to get my sesh soon!
😊
How did you like them
They are good
i just bought indy’s so let’s hope that’s the best?

@@danielmarin2392 I got the push on sale but I wanna be sure I made the right choice before opening them. It cost me around 70 CAD which is about 50 US I think

So which one is the best ??? Thinking about getting the Indy help please
Beat at 0:36?
I want to buy one from these but I want to ask...which has the best bass?
Which is more deeper bass please ?
I think the best overall are the push actives as they have a loop which keeps them safe in place.
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!
I just bought the sesh for $25 at bestbuy but the right earbud doesn’t give me any audio, only says “on” audio. Wtf.
why dont you do this again except with the highest end models of all three of these earbuds
Idk whether to choose the right indy or shesh, or the hesh 3
Sooo, did they change anything for today? Does the push have now Bluetooth 5.0?
Which of the 3 i should get i need long batter on the earbud and better mic and water resistance and good price
How about the sabbat e12 ultras?
Hello sir help me in choose between skull candy sesh or blaupunkt BTW 01
Should I take these are they sound good and what about the connection?? Please tell
Is the sesh actually waterproof
HELP! I bought the sesh headphones a few months ago and they stopped working ... The box has a battery and does not charge them. Talk to skullcandy and they can tell me they can't do anything since there are no branches in my country (Argentina). Has it happened to someone? There's a solution?
I wonder, can you only use the right one by having the left one charging in the case and both playing audio. I now you probably wouldn't be able to control them without the left one, but if you wanted to, do you think this would work? Or will they not play while charging?
AYUDA!
Honestly after buying all 3 I prefer the sesh.. it’s louder than the rest.. especially at the gym.. I don’t want to hear anything but my music and only the sesh blocks out the noise..
Can I use only one of the skull candy push to listen to music? When I work I only wear one to be able to listen when they speak to me. Can I use either or only the left one that is the main one?
Can you do the skull candy vert
what has the best mic. I want to use them for teaching online.
I like the sound of the AirPods, because I have all apple stuff, which one of the three has similar sound!! and which one you prefer to train, like running. thanks
Overall which one are the best?
Thanks for clearing up the options. Now I feel more confident in my purchase.
Is Skullcandy going to release over-ear headphones this year? I want them to either restock Crusher 360, or come out with something new on the Crusher lineup!
They are coming out with a noise cancelling version of the Crusher wireless
Gamesky Hey man, thanks so much for replying that means a lot, and if you don’t mind me asking, how do you know that that’s what they’re doing? I’m trying to figure out if I should get a pair of used 360s or wait to see what they release, but I already owned Crusher Wireless, they were stolen, and now every single review says get the 360s, except they’re all out! Do you have any idea when the new ones will drop or even any suggestions at all? Thanks again by the way and sorry for pestering you with questions!
Bro they have in stock at skullcandy.eu
DanLEL Thanks I didn’t know that they were on the Europe site, but unfortunately I live in Canada and shipping to here from the Europe site isn’t an option. And on the US and CA websites they’re sold out
Are you going to be reviewing the new update cassette wireless? $30 for 22+ hours and quick charge
When I try pushing for the volume it just keeps pausing the music I'm listening to. Still to this day hsvnt been able to adjust sound with it. Was using note 9
I JUST GOT THE INDY AND FOR BEST SOUND FOR MUSIC IS TO SET THE EQ CONTROL TO MOVIES ( 3 CHOICES = MUSIC, MOVIES, PODCAST), MUSIC IS TOO BASSY AND PODCAST IS ANEMIC...SETTING THE EQ TO MOVIES GIVES YOU WELL DEFINED HEAVY BASS, CLEAR MIDS, AND SPARKLY HIGHS....
I’ve had the Sesh for 3 months. The sound was decent at first, HOWEVER the left side is quieter than the right. Now I’m thinking of replacing them.
TheBluape and how is the mic?
May be dirty are the meshes clean?
I bought the Skullcandy Sesh 2 days ago. I'm very impressed with it. My only criticism is that information that came with it is inadequite. It failed to explain what the button to the right of the 4 lights does. It failed to tell what the red and blue lights signify.
How does it sound? I just bought Indy because they were $10 cheaper then Sesh. It's okay sound but it sounds exactly the same as Skullcandy Ink'd that i got in 2017. I am wondering if i should get Anker which are like $30 on amazon and a lot of people like them
@@artcore9886 I have no basis for comparing the Seth to anything other than inexpensive wired earbuds and the computer's speaker. However, I find the richness is mediocre for music over RUclips, but fine for voice.
