Women can inherit the throne, remember your grandmother was considered one of the country's greatest rulers until she passed, and you father assumed the throne. The reason your mother can't rule, but your daughter can is because your mother was a commoner. Your daughter on the other hand has royal blood from both you and your wife from the arranged marriage.
Also, that's just how royal succession works, spouses aren't part of the royal bloodline and children of rulers are first in line to inherit, then possible grandchildren, then siblings. Spouses can at most serve as regents for underage rulers, regardless of whether they are commoners or nobility.
Perfect timing! I was binge watching your Suzerian playthrough from years ago and I'm already sold. And I'm glad to discover there's more and interestingly, playing as a monarch this time.
Actually, Sordland was exactly Turkey at 1950s and you were playing as Adnan Menderes. Yes, there are a few differences but the internal political situation and events are almost the same. That is why i could barely play it as i knew what happened to him at the end.
My first playthrough I played as a pro-democracy figure and there was no coup and I was re-elected and it was a happy family life... so I don't think its exactly Menderes. Torpor pushed back against the idea it was based on any one character or country, claiming it was a amalgamation of nations in the 50s.
@@thehistoricalgamerMenderes was re-elected too… didn’t do him much good. Turns out pissing of the military in Turkey while giving them plenty of excuse to remove you was a bad ideia in 1950’s Turkey, who knew?
@@TheGFBats also there's many times in dialogues where we see our Sordland, it's way better to go Sordland then Rizia if you not played it yet, cos Sordland part so emotional , I cried like baby many times during game
15:35 I like how the first two are like aboyt you just not being a good father or monarch, then the third just makes you A typical monarch in Europe during medieaval and Rennaisance era

Yea, I remembered that after the fact. 🤪

Oh boy! You've been looking forward to this one, and I'm all here for it THG!!

Your royal voice sounds like British Donald Trump @@thehistoricalgamer
WHERE IS GREECE
I just started playing this game and it’s been a blast so far and loving your videos on them
Finished Rizia, boy it was perfect
Will not having played Sordland affect my game?

Great content man, your commentary had me chuckling so much haha. Subbed!
Long Live the King!!!!
New sub, really entertaining to watch you pick basically every decision my inept mind would pick. Cheers!
I just played this mobile on Apple and loved it. I’m going to try this out, it’s something I can play along side ck3 and be happy.

Thank you for sharing something new with me.
I AM SO STOKED
Next episode please🙏🏼🔥
22:09 Beautiful
What a beautiful Egg 😂
If these games have voice acting, it would be at the same level as the king of RPG Disco Elysium
'gonna be a nationalist' - lol you got me there, i made the same choice :)
and now nationalist is bad, but seems the natural choice.
15:51 I think option 1 is more likely for a smart ruler. Option 3 seems more for someone less intelligent

Rizia is really similar to Imperial state of Iran in 1950s
Is that game for Android??
Suzerain (the base game) is on Android. But not Rizia (this DLC) yet.
@@thehistoricalgamer and it is only the previous version of the base game, without some story arcs
Take a phonics course, man. I'm confident you can learn to sound out these pretty simple phonetic words.
Thank you for your insight.
Damn dude relax lol
55:02 you just made an enemy
You solved. You let her attend
Bro i dont think you pronounced a single name right, i dont think you even try, please try to improve in this area. Otherwise a great video!
I prefer the base game to this one. The ending is so abrupt and really let the whole game down. Still a good game, though
From the start here it looks like you are venezuela.
You went Navy!? 🤣
Do not do it
😢
Your country is falling to bits and you are worried about what hat to wear??? ROFL
Is there anything else but reading in this "game"?
Yeah I played this to the end a while ago, my personal opinion it's boring after the first hour or so and really forces you down limited paths.
@@paintbox9899the dlc is a lot more open, though I agree the main game is somewhat limited
Not really in suzerian but rizia does have a military control system
@@paintbox9899forced path? Bro you have million different paths in the game, clown ahh
Kinda but not really
Game is mostly about resource management + rp'ing and taking the country down the path you choose
it takes you almost half an hour to finally get into the game.😪😪😪
Well excuuuuse him for wanting to rp in an rp game
