About:
Vikings: Valhalla is a historical drama streaming television series created by Jeb Stuart for Netflix. It is a sequel to History's Vikings, filmed in County Wicklow, Ireland. Set one hundred years after the events of Vikings, the series chronicles the beginning of the end of the Viking Age, marked by the Battle of Stamford Bridge in 1066. The series premiered on February 25, 2022. With a 24-episode order announced in November 2019, the series was officially renewed for a second and third season in March 2022.
Set one hundred years after the events of Vikings, as tensions between the Vikings and the English royals reach a bloody breaking point and as the Vikings themselves clash over their conflicting Christian and Pagan beliefs. Leif Erikson, Freydís Eiríksdóttir and Harald Hardrada begin an epic journey that will take them across oceans and through battlefields, from Kattegat to England and beyond, as they fight for survival and glory. The series shows the end of the Viking Age, marked by the Battle of Stamford Bridge in 1066.

When will the movie release? Date?
I like Vikings Valhalla but it is a far cry from the original and they would never be able to touch how epic the original was. Like i said, i do like Vikings Valhalla but in my opinion it was done poorly and the way it is going is very very strange. They portray Freydis as the keeper of the faith, but in the sagas, she was pretty ruthless. Harald is also very very different in the sagas and in the historical writings of England. I understand that all stories in the original Vikings and Vikings Valhalla are embellished for entertainment purposes. But in Vikings Valhalla they are nothing like they were portrayed in history.
Stupid show. Nothing beats the original Viking series on history Channel. Long live Ragnar and Floki!!!
