Same man. I recently started watch competitive Age of Empire 2 matches and get so nostalgic about it. It's such a great feeling seeing these 20 year old games with a thriving, dedicated community.

Yes, but it depends on tactics, maybe he was saving to build more cost effective army, but enemy was more experienced
I just realised that the people who lived in those huts, the ones surrounded by gems might be the swaggiest people around

Dang, those navy seals are idle. He isn't using it to detonate main buildings.
Fun match to watch. I prefer OpenRA for RA1 and Tib Dawn, but RA2 is fun to watch as well when I get to see something other than tank spam.
He was sitting at $9500 for a good portion of the match, what a throw.
Yeah, at that point, there's so many options. I've seen Allied players in the late game with Chronos and Prisms doing constant base harassment and BFs spearheading assaults. By not doing any of that and letting the IC stand, Blazer was letting CS dictate the pace of the match.
07:04 At this point he shouldve keep pumping mirages and pick off his tanks. before IC gets ready. those destroyers can reach radar. GIs can take out oil.

you'll be surprised how many marines+medevac+marauders you can march (not fly) across creep tumor fields and it's only when the drones start dying do the other players notice.

GG! Thanks to Andy for the tip about Seals not dying with c4 on the navy. That was one of the biggest annoying things playing navy maps for me... Not anymore! C4 from top, not bottom! great discovery!
I should mentioned that just now I did some thorough testing.... Upon my results I found that it didn't matter so much the direction your seal or Tanya comes in at.. It just matters that you pull them away as quick as possible. Waypointing is not possible with this technique and it's important you treat the building as if the middle of the structure is "an exploding oil derrick that explodes for 1 and a half seconds". Simply going 1 tile into the structure as it explodes will 100% kill your seal. Moving away in a straight line as quick as possible is the best way to work towards survival however i could not guarantee it 100% (maybe 90%) and i did have weird stuff happen, like the seal randomly dying even when it's almost 2 titles away from the whole building.... If you move your seal away asap, you stand the best chance

@@KirovReporting even if they are hardcore by playing at that speed you remove any tactical aproach and rely o ly on speed

@@KirovReporting Você duvida, eu jogo isso desde o Red Alert Retaliation do PS One amigo. Nunca perdi uma batalha neste jogo pra ninguém. Nem quando eu jogava contra todos que me desafiavam eu nunca perdi uma sequer.

@Kirov Reporting yeah it should be! make 3 War factor(To make that vehicle fast a bit) and then build Battle fortress and train 5 Rocket troops
plus if there is too many it required a Plasma tank or more Battle Fortress.

I mean in this map with immortal power russian tanks are op. It depends on the map imo and tactics as you know, but French was not my favorite.
