Fascinating. It says that Lake retired in 1957 but also that he did the Dagwood TV series in 1958. Was that just a misprint, meaning he actually retired in 1958? Also everyone knows Hearst's "niece" was actually his daughter ( she looked just like him). What I wonder though was what was the "official" story as to who the "niece's" parents were suppose to be and why she was being raised by Hearst?
