Love seeing your creative process and that you are minimizing use of plastics in your packages. One thing I would recommend as a person with experience assembling show bags, and putting stickers on things before events is to wear gloves if possible when handling things to avoid fingerprints. Trust me, people will notice things like that.
Note to help your next batch of pins to cards - get a bit or cork board (like those rounds from Ikea - I think they're actually resters for pots) so you place the card onto the cork and then it is easier to push the pin in because the card is flat and the pin has something to go through the paper to!
