    I confirm that the tourism season is more in September and October! I was there in September and it was full of people

    Fascinating ancient environs!!! With the glut of hotels you'd think it was a pilgrimage site (perhaps what they're hoping for)! I appreciated hearing the tourist entrance fees and was wondering if you could also share the price range for the restaurants you frequent?

      Hey there! Glad you enjoyed it. I can't remember off the top of my head but food in Uzbekistan was very cheap overall, especially street food like samsas ($0.25 per). Uzbek food has been some of my favourite food globally!

      It's crazy isn't it?! They were literally everywhere and I don't think I ever saw anyone in them!
