That Samarkand does not have that many means it is not a tourist trap yet. Do you really want ice cream parlors, pubs, pizza places and stuff like that? Perhaps you may enjoy the century-old mosques, madrassas, mausoleums and old streets and forget western junk food…. Just a thought.
