I like this, really really like this. I even feel inspired that I can make a version of this also as a sort of breakfast hash to add to my breakfast with a twist. It’s a Super Bowl Sausage Pastry bite and love it and as a party bite food. Yet a person can be also be I inspired by the way you went about making this, to be inspired to modify it also to something else creative. Still this is uniquely creatively elegant. I can easily follow what you made with the ingredients or substitute as needed, however maybe it’s edited out on some parts you saying what every ingredient is as you added it, so in future it can be easily splashed on the screen in video in some easy way what the ingredients are as your chopping or adding it, so the viewing audience or someone less adept at cooking can follow the ingredients if they choose to make this recipe. And also add the ingredients in the added information under the video description where anyone someone else can find it if they choose to go looking for it in some way.
