I’m at Paul mitchell focused salon stylist myself and I couldn’t agree more with your video. I use these on the daily and they’re also in my top favorite I absolutely love this video
I was a junior trainee when I first learned about these products. As someone who has itchy and sensitive scalp, plus an unruly hair, they're my absolute favorite. In between switching to various other high end stuffs, I've always returned to Paul Mitchell's.
waaait ✋️, this is too good to be true! My hair is exactly like yours, I have an unruly hair and a sensitive/itchy scalp. Is it that good ? Because I bought the All soft line from redken and didn't like it at all.
@@dav0111 Redken? Woah! Stay away from them bruh. I didn't bother to check the ingredients but yeah, Redken isn't for us. I've never bothered to check the ingredients list but yeah that's it. Paul Mitchell's tea tree line is especially good for sensitive and itchy scalp. Use both shampoo and conditioner. Stick to it. To tame the unruly hair, I used just Moroccan hair oil. These three saved me from going insane.🤣 Of course, I can't insist that this may work for you as well but that's my experience and I do hope it will work for you too. When I switch to other products, the same itchiness returns back with vengeance!
I loveee the tea tree shampoo. Usually i just switch shampoos up cuz im bored and havent found anything great for my oily, itchy scalp. It’s amazing I will purchase it forever lol. Also I love how paul mitchell is on sale alot so it’s affordable for me :)
Hi Mike! Just wanted to say I love the fact you take the time to reply to as many comments as you can. Us viewers appreciate it cuz not a lot of RUclipsrs do that. Quick question, have you heard much about Living Proof hair care? Not sure where they are based out of but would love your thoughts on some of their products!
Hey Rachel Guess what??? Im waiting on some living proof, took a while but its on its way ( brexit ) so keep your eyes open as there will be a review very soon , i hope x
Hello! I know this is a year old video, but I was wondering what you think of the super skinny line? It smells soooo good and it is supposed to help with smoothing and frizz, so I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and the skinny serum. I'm anxious but excited to try them!
Hi Rebekah, I know I am not Mike but I swear by super skinny! I have frizzy, thick, curly hair and SS is a life saver for me when I'm wanting to straighten and smooth my hair.
@@amayadavis4320 thank you! I'm definitely trying it then! My hair is so thick and frizzy if I wear it natural, so I think this would definitely help then on curl and straighten days 😊
Hi Mike, great video. I've been checking to get PM products and I have a question. I'm swimming on the daily basis and my hair is always with chroline . You recommend to use PM#3 but not everyday. Which other product could I use everyday or using only #3 will be fine? Thanks!!
Hey Derlis how are you? I have a film on chlorine and hard water coming out on sunday. PM 3 would be good for post swimming and then on daily I would recommend Pure Resource by serie expert
Mike DeCanter Hair & Beauty thank you for the reply 😘 I was online shopping for a new shampoo, searched for Paul Mitchell on RUclips. Came across your video, it was very helpful. Instant subscription! Ordered the tea tree shampoo and the styling mousse upon your recommendation 😊
The Paul Mitchell Three shampoo, is it supposed to have a slight bluish tint to it, or is it completely clear? I purchased it off of Amazon, so I’m not sure.
So would you recommend Kérastase over Paul Mitchell or not? That’s the real question here. 😌 I bought the Densifique line from Kérastase and I love the products so much. But Paul Mitchell is a bit more affordable so I’ve been wondering about trying some of their products … 😄 Love hair care, skin care and makeup products! I’m a beauty fanatic myself 😂💕
PM is very much a cult product! Im not sure if there is an equivalent of bain D in PM range . Serie expert is always a good affordable alternative to Kerastase x
Actually Paul Mitchell is quite famous in Malaysia (a tropical South-East Asia country, a neighbour to Singapore at north side of Singapore) like way before I was born, and hairdressers that graduated from Paul Mitchell are really proud of themselves like graduated from very highly reputated hairdressing school, I'm shocked to hear from you that it is not so well-known in Europe =O
Don't buy PM from Walmart or Target. PM put out a video a while back saying those products were 2nd hand and not from them. They claim because of that the ingredients are most likely old and less potent.
@@MikeDeCanter Np, here is a really old link to PM warning people & a recent link about Amazon duping high end brands also. ruclips.net/video/UqQEnnBHKV4/видео.html
I would say it's safe to buy PM from Target now because a lot of Targets are starting to get Ulta counters in them so they have the licensing now to buy legit PM products.
Oh really?! Hair salon in wmart had helped me pick out my first more affordable salon hair product which was PM. Is it really and factually secondhand and not the real thing?? I never went to salons growing up and I decided to go on a rare basis learning that getting a small trim is actually healthy for ur hair so I get a small trim and they recommended PM and I got it a couple times and went back to the cheaper drug store hair soaps and I'm thinking of getting PM again cuz I really want healthy soft non frizzy non brittle hair so so badly and I feel like getting something from a salon will do my hair better than drugstore stuff.
hey May M are you talking about shampoo 2 or 3? shampoo two is a colour safe formula so it wont strip coloured hair. Its designed to remove buildup and oiliness
It's not carbon neutral if it's delivered on a truck and is sold in a store that uses electricity or employs people who drive to work or eat cattle ect.
The denim really brings your eyes out! 👌
thank you so much

Thank you for your review on this brand I just discovered them in the shop and I love the Detangler for my super fine curls
Glad you like them!
Cool video. I just started using Paul Mitchell shampoo #3 and love it so much that I’m changing from Aveda to Paul Mitchell’s line.
awesome!
Thank you very much for your video, i just discovered this Brand . Im un LOVE ! Wish you happiness and LOVE

I adore Awapuhi. If you're the kind who has sensitive hair easily damaged by chemicals, it's the one you want. Also one hell of a body wash.
well said x
Awapuhi and tea tree by Paul Mitchell are my absolute favorite. I also love “the one detangler”… I have fine, wavy, naturally blonde hair.
Its my favourite shampoo and i think ive tried every shampoo known to man. I also love the leave in conditioner
@@linziRyan1965 Me too, and it's easy to tangle, so the detangling conditioner (with grape seed extract and carrot tops) is what I use.

hey Jenya i believe it used wedge as transition and lid shade and then uninterrupted in the crease and blended out. Both from MAC cosmetics x
