This is user error, Blendjet always shows their blending videos with fruit + water together. Even adding a little bit of water would have been better than this atrocity
My mom has the original blendjet, and this is a very honest and accurate review. Surprisingly powerful for a usb chargeable portable blender. Mom’s had hers for going on 3 years now. Still holding up nicely.

That’s why the instructions tell you to add water first. So that the blade doesn’t begin with a bunch of weight already on it. You’re gonna damage the motor doing shit like this. If you absolutely don’t want to “water down” the taste/purity of your blend, break the clementines into pieces first. And turn it on upside down, with nothing touching the blades. Then, with the blades already turning, slowly tilt the unit so that the chunks gradually meet the already turning blades.
@@lamorenitaless I own a BlendJet, and it’s great. Obviously it doesn’t have the power of a full sized, plug in, blender. But it’s perfect for making protein shakes and smoothies. I own a large food processor, and I never use the damn thing.
People really don't see its small and portable. Battery powered. It did really good for it's design seeing how you stacked three clementines on top of the blade.
@@Kirtivlogs11Fibre is still intact when eating the whole fruit whilst juicing is strained of this after processing...but...with this blending process and no straining you get the fibre. Not sure if the body metabolises whole fruit or vegetables differently to juicing though.

Why though? You're not supposed to just dump large pieces of fruit in it like that. You're meant to either use it's pulsate mode and/or add water. Op just did it to mess around. Pretty sure he said himself he loves it.
It only did that because he didn’t follow directions. He supposed to add liquid to it. They tell you that in the manual you can burn out the motor by trying to blame things dry it’s not a regular blender it’s a small compact portable blender.

They have someone submerge it in a pool blend underwater on the website too, does that mean the customer should do it? If it doesn't blend well underwater, does it make it a bad product to avoid? The same principle is here. None has a problem with what you tired with your Blendjet, it was funny and cool to look at (I even said so). The problem is the original comment taking this a justification to avoid this product whether they were joking or not. An on the fence person might take it literally.
