I’m 22 years old and started my cash stuffing journey with my boyfriend during the summer of 2022. I’m a full-time college student working part time. We are working towards paying off debt and increasing our savings while still having fun in our early twenties!

In your 100 envelope challenge I believe you should have $139 since 1-15 is done and #19 I would unstuff and stuff envelope 100 & 39 and start over with number 1 on my next paycheck since my budget won’t allow me to stuff big numbers Just yet, that way it’ll feel like I’m still stuffing envelopes this is something I did just want to share.

Since you stuff bills too- do you have to go back to the bank often? Or are you like a month ahead? I’ve thought about cash stuffing everything but as soon as I get paid I pay the bill right away
Yes I do go to the bank frequently but luckily it is never out of the way for me. I am at least two weeks ahead on my bills just to make sure if something happens with a payday, I still have a little time before the bill is actually due!
Thanks for replying! Do you have any consumer debt if u mind me asking? Bc I’m not really financially responsible for a lot of things. It’s my husband. My income is just the household bills and I have cc debt. But would you still cash stuff everything and do cash stuffing if you had consumer/cc debt?
@@financewithfrvn of course! We did have debt when my boyfriend needed two new rims and tires on his car, it was $1.6k but my mom paid for it and we paid her back over time. We paid that off. We also had debt when we were dealing with another car situation which again my mom paid for and we paid her back. I forgot how much that was. Thankful for her! Then in November I desperately needed a new MacBook, mine was outdated and I needed a new one for school and RUclips. I used my credit card for it and it was about $1.7k. I have $598 left. Then I have student loans but not paying those off yet as I’m still in school. I cash stuffed the money for the debt. Hope that helps!
