    I got my Chef N Sweet ice cream pan (lagoon) and my Tovolo (pistachio) storage tub (fits a quart) on Sept 10. Washed, dried and put it in the freezer that night. Also, I prepared my sorbet mix: shaved shreds of sweetened coconut, half and half, 1/2 the amount of sugar (because of the sweet coconut) and a pinch of salt. Stirred everything together really well and put in the fridge in a mason jar air/tight. After Mass on Sunday, I came home and prepared dinner. Around 3p I took my pan and mix out. Shook all of my ingredients together in the mason jar to make sure it was all combined. Started making my coconut sorbet and omg, I'm crazy in love. Angel, you have created a monster ;o) I know I'm going to make sorbet on Saturday morning's now, so I ordered another storage tub. I made lemon sorbet for the hubs during the week. Now he wants coconut and lime sorbet ... I don't know, but we'll try it ;o) Thanks again!

    I like to think everyday ingredients like water, salt and oil is free ingredients just because every household should never go without them.

    Hi Angel! Love your videos! Is there any chance you know how to make egg waffles? Fell in love with it at a local place but I'd rather learn to make it at home. Maybe a modified version with an American waffle maker so we don't have to go out and buy more equipment? Pretty please? Thank you!

    • @williamhartono9060
      @williamhartono9060 8 лет назад

      I think you could put it in the freezer, and every hour, take it out and quickly stir the hardened parts inward so the parts that are still liquid can flow out and harden as well.
