Do you only have a beard trimmer but you want to still fade your own hair? No problem. Just watch this video and learn how to cut your own hair!!
You are going to need a trimmer, 6mm guard, 3mm, guard, and 1.5 mm, and a shear scissors.
The first step is to create a initial guideline without any comb guard attached. Shave off any excessive hair after creating the initial guideline
Then take out your 3mm guard and go up above the previous guideline. Go back and forth so that all the area has the same spacing across the head for better fade result at the end. The next step is to go up once again but using 6mm comb guard. Just like the previous step, stay consistent in terms of spacing for cleaner haircut. After this part, we will start blending the lines we've created. We will start with the bottom line. Take off your guard and just trimmer alone, flick out that bottom line like this. It's okay if the line is not erased completely because we will do that in the next step.
So get your 1.5mm guard and attack the dark spots or line that you couldn't erase in the previous step. But keep in mind that don't go past the second guideline. After you are done with this part, take out your 3mm guard once again and start blending the second guideline. In this step use corner of trimmer blade so you won't leave a hard line as you work on this step. Lastly, use your shear scissors to blend the bulky side completely. My tip is to go little by little and adjust how much you are cutting so you won't mess up your fade. Хобби
One of the best selfcut tutorials I’ve seen on yt, they done f’d and gave me the recipe 😂😂💀💀💀
Did you cook up without problems?
@@pyrojunkyz510i did, but it took me a couple times to really get it how i want
@@pyrojunkyz510 We'll never know

Hood tips bro. Thx
nice job mate, best d.i.y. fade with minimal equipment i've seen, just goes to show it's skill and not the kit which gets results
You can see how much better you’ve gotten from your older videos.Great job! What trimmer is that?

very weird question but could you make a video on how to fade with a LIMURAL clipper only. If you can it would be great thanks.
Good job 👍
Does this work for beard aswell? I have two trimmers, one zero gapped with 1, 3, 5 and 7 guards and one with 0.5 mm steps
Nice dude.
hope this works for my 4c hair
Good shit bro
How do these compare to the Kemei 1931?
Nice working with u Mario gonna fry this on my vintage t9 trimmer
i orded one but i'm wondering if it works on hair did you try it?
@@danielkhoshkam2209SK.cerri
Does this work for any haircut
Your hair looks like you just left the barber shop..How long did it take you to learn to cutting your hair? Looks Dope
bro i don't have the 6mm, do you think that i can do to myself a low fade without using the 6mm on the upper part?
Hey bro does anyone know what i should do my barber messed up my hair and turned it to a high top from taper what should i do should i cut it all of or leave it
All I need is the mirror
What happened to the waves
I like you haircut good 👍 job 👍 👌 looks good 👍
Using ONLY beard trimmer...
Take out your shear scissors 😂
do you zero gap or no?
Nice
Great skills bro
Appreciate it!!
nicely done
Are you coming back
Yo i wear glasses, if i take of i couldn't see. What should i do?
Can you use this same method on curly or corse hair types?
yes, i tried and it worked
Oh thank God. Thank you!!
where do you get more gaurds? and what do i type when im lookin for them?
Trimmer guards
didnt feel like going to pick up my other clippers buttt now I know that you cant do a fade with a beard trimmer lol
If i have a cliper that has adjustable size on itself, like you rotate it, how should i do a fade, it goes from 0.6 to 3, and guards range are full size, no 1.5 or 0.5 any advice?
Just do 1mm, the 0.5mm hair will grow in like 1 day bro
Don't understand why everyone gets so worked up about the fade. 2 days it automatically fades itself. High fade
Can you do low fade with beard trimmer no levver plss
Great idea, probably that's gonna be my next vid idea!
That looks good. How many times have you done this to get to this point?Lol I just know my shit is going to look tragically worse than this.
😂😂😂😂
Unfortunately many tries while.. run out of hair
no more vids ?
This is DIFFERENT
1st attempt not the best but it was decent
Can I replace the 6mm guard for 4mm? I don’t have the 6 mm
Ikr I'm asking the same question
Bruh doing the back will be so hard
Yo i only got 1mm,2mm and 3mm
Yo bro you helped me save a lot of money on haircuts 💯 if you still interested in me sending beats for your vids i’ll send em over bro 🤝
Thanks mann! You make beats?? Send me DM on Insta man
I have been looking everywhere but I still don’t know we’re to get a 0.5 and 1.5 grade for my trimmer if you don’t mind me asking we’re did you get urs from
Hey bro. What’s the answer for this? Im going crazy. Every barber video i see talks about these .5 and 1.5 guards and i never found them come with any trimmers/clippers
@@younesmohssen8158 yo that was me like a year ago now I understood that that it comes with sweeten stuff u buy it could only come with like a babyliss pro fix trimmer which costs like 100+ my device would be to just buy a decent clipper and if it doesn’t come with the correct gaurds u can buy them online it can be easier
Can I replace the 6mm guard with a 4mm guard?
No or else it gets f ud
I dont have the 6mm but can i replace it with the 4mm?
Yeah u can but then u can still see some bit of the line
What blade is on that replica bro
This is the default blade from Kemei
I only have 4,3,2 and 1.5 mm is this doable?
Yuhh but u need some experienxe
Can i use a 4mm instead of a six?
You can, main point is basically to see the difference in shades. 1mm difference is going to be hard to detect but you definitely can use it and it'll still be somewhat noticeable just not as noticeable
💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
My Trimmer is the Cheapest one
I have all of those guard but i dont have a 6 mm is 4 mm good?
Did it work?
Just cut a bald spot in my long hair😢
You used the wrong guard 😂😂😂 I did too but then I switched it up and now I'm jus waiting for the hair to grow back to fix it 😊
Bro has shear scissors but not a trimmer with a lever aight
You know you're a good barber if u can cut ur own hair
Fax
I think it looks like you saved yourself $60 👍🏽
What happen to you ?
Aint got no 6 mm gotta improvise
Liar
Can I use a 2mm or 1mm instead of the 1.5? I don't have one
Use 1mm, fades better into the zero than 2mm
Back look kinda f up but still good for doing it by yourself
😂😂😂the honesty is brutal but fair 💀💀💀
