Dear Chef Siddharth, This looks awesome, however when I had the same in Chennai Buhari Restaurant (from where Chicken 65 supposedly gets it's name), it was really different - its very dry and no hint of any 'sauce'. As you might know, Chicken 65 is definitely made in a different way across Chennai when compared to other parts of our country, especially Hyderabad. Because one place created it and labeled it as number 65 on thier menu. So now people like to call it chicken 65 for some reason because a long time ago people remembered the number.

Soak some dried red chillies in warm water and then grind it along with water.
Use half egg and more of maida ....if u put the whole egg its not crispy
