I know because it's my go to at home. For the soap and vinegar solution fill your spray bottle (mine is 16 oz) I put about 10 oz of water 4 oz of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of soap. Screw on the spray nozzle and shake to mix.
As to the vodka, if you mist it, in stead of spraying in a stream like they did, the vodka will simply evaporate like the water and vinegar solution. Keep in mind though that the water and vinegar solution can be used for the same purpose as the vodka just omit the soap :)
Erin Averyt you'll need to get an enzyme carpet cleaner. It will go in and eat the pee. But it has to stay wet for awhile to work. It has to soak down into the pad too.
Next time mix the soap, vinegar and water in your spray bottle. Then sprinkle your baking soda over your stain and spray. It'll do the reaction of course but in a couple of minutes it'll make the stain easier to get out.
I combine 2 methods from this show and another demo: 3 teaspoons of dish washing liquid, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1tablespoon baking soda and then add 1/2cup of warm water and used an egg mixer to mix it for about 10 sec. I use a scrubbing brush to dip the mixture and lightly scrub the surface. I also use warm water separately with a white cloth when removing this mixture from the surface. i went wild cleaning couch, bed and rug surfaces. It works! I just average the ingredients though.
Hello everyone here's a magic trick to remove red Gatorade stains from carpet If the stain is still wet blot it up with paper towels once blotted up pour a little club soda over the stain blot the stain with paper towels until all of the stain transfers over to the paper towels if the stain is still there add 1 tablespoon of each liquid dishwashing detergent and white vinegar to 2 cups of cool water dip a sponge or white cloth into the solution wet the Gatorade spot with the solution leave it for about 30 minutes then blot with a dry cloth repeat until the stain is gone dab the area with cool clean water then blot dry hope was helpful please let me know if it works for you
Too funnyv- Vodka - I already use it for multiple cleaning needs and enjoy a Vodka Gimlet when done. But Belvedere!?! MERCY that is not a brand to spray on carpet, use Burnetts - taste better than Smirnoff and if ya run out in the Liquor Cabinet, ya can grab your spray bottle. Salute!
It makes no sense rushing through an episode and leaves the audiance with questions like the ratio for the receipe with is MUST! Thye talk too much about things that dont matter. Do the show PROPERLY guezzz... i gave it a dislike
I sprayed all the vodka in my mouth, the carpets look fine now. Thank you!!

Same $hit I was thinking.. like his older brother
Vinegar, baking soda, soap, and water, are all chemicals. 100% chemistry.
I think he meant "harmful/unsafe" chemicals
Lol nice profile pic
Thanks PacRat :)
One in every crowd ;)
Mr. Clean right again!
I need to clean my van's carpet... I don't think I will use the vodka cleaner lol
Great tips!
He uses Grey Goose to clean carpert!! hahahaha I think if I were to try to clean with vodka, I'd go for a generic brand.
Truth!!! Not the good stuff!!!
I was thinking the same thing.
Great Share
Ratio/Parts/Measurements, please. Thank you.
Substitute rubbing alcohol for the vodka. I did a video on this that actually shows real world staining on a real wool rug!
Is it me, or did that solution not change the stain color on the carpet at all? just now the towel stained too.
This cracked me up
Veronica Morales kiss me
Love the vodka idea!!!
Fun vid
NO MEASUREMENTS FOR THE SOAP/VINEGAR COMBINATION OR INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHAT TO DO AFTER SPRAYING VODKA ON CARPETING.

Get some acetone and rub it in the spray it with freebreeze
That mixture exploded on me! My 12 year old said, "Mom that's a chemical reaction, you can't mix all that with baking soda!" Lol!

Take it for me it's never fun cleaning up a mess 🤣
A mixture of vinegar and baking soda makes water and carbon dioxide gas. So, your second solution is actually just water and dawn dish soap.
Actually, it's quite common to use vodka in costumes for theatre, when you can't wash them every time...
Don't use or vacuum bicarbonate of soda! Not good for your vacuum cleaner.
Makes sense actually

Did Ryan say he has a smelly husband? 🤔
Too much talking
He looks a little like BLAKE SHELDON...THE ANCHORMAN NOT THE SALESMAN..
Wish the hosts would shut up so we can learn something!
Too much of useless conversation
