Good video showing the differences in recoil for you. Have you had any accuracy issues with the Radian setup? Like inconsistently throwing a shot high or low?
@@Snapper314 I didn’t have a chance to bench it, but I did a 25 yard walk back and the accuracy was about the same, only that it was easier to shoot from shot to shot especially at distance with the Radian set up.
@@uscmCorps Maybe you should've made this comment during the video or any commentary would've added some perspective to the visual comparison you were trying to make?
@@angrychivafan yes. There may be a small gap under the slide/comp if the frame you use does not extend the full length of the comp, however it should not affect function.
The ramjet barrel and afterburner compensator are specifically designed to work with the P365 3.1” slide length and profile. You can’t just throw the afterburner comp on the XMacro slide. So you would have to acquire a P365 3.1” slide separately like I did if you’re starting out with the XMacro.
Yep. Though they’re in the process of being sold. Currently run by MB Tactical who are the purchasers and so far doing a much better job of running the place.
Nice video, short and to the point. Curious what the muzzle velocities are between the two different setups. My hypothesis would be that the muzzle velocity of the Radian setup would be less than that of the XMacro. Lesser velocity means less impact energy down range, since energy is a function of velocity. In other words, more energy dissipation at the muzzle from the Radian setup, providing a greater reduction in muzzle flip but at the cost of less impact energy "punch" down range. XMacro might be, overall, a better setup and compromise. XMacro might not produce as great of a reduction in muzzle flip as the Radian, but you may get more "punch" down range. In any case, would be nice to see additional tests to confirm one way or the other.
@@rajindra23 sadly I didn’t have time to chrono the two setups. I’ll try next session, time permitting. I actually assumed the velocity would be marginally faster on the Radian since the barrel is slightly longer, but it’s barrel porting is so chunked out, the difference may be negligible. 🤔
perfect vid and straight to the point. make more

Can you use the system on the P365 without buying the XMacro module frame?

Can the p365 xmacro stock slide work with the radian ramjet comp? Or would i have to buy a completely different slide to use the radian ramjet comp?

@uscmCorps oh I see! Thanks for the info 🙏 awesome video as well!

Who cares? Like you're probably talking 10FPS.
Also radian has a slightly longer barrel so who knows if it's even lower.
Whats the price difference between the xmacro and the radian build?
Is it worth a 2 degree reduction of muzzle rise?
Of course!!! Spend that extra $500 😂😂
@@jaycamacho8179sold! 😂😂
Well you would need to get the 365 then spend another 400.. so uts a little more than just x macro
Would like to see those Vs my Ported XL … would be cool 😎
The ported still probably wouldn't be as flat because of the position of the ports vs the compensator being at the very end of the barrel, no?
Nice!
