I love listening to you girls chatter back-and-forth about your goals, your giggles make me smile. Looking forward to anything that you bring to the table. Thanks for sharing and making me smile.. 👍❤️😊
Just love it when you ladies are “allowed” to film together! Seeing them choose charm packs is just like me…I can’t decide! The shop looks fabulous, wish it were near me.
Love seeing you two chat! Kristina, would like to see the process for you dad's chair refurb cushions, great project. I did something similar for a floor cushion, used a home dec ticking for the sides and back to add strength. Can't wait to see what you do!
Ok you two have got me excited about the charm pack challenge. What fun going to the shop with you, It was like watching two little girls in a candy shop😅. Heading to my quilt shop this weekend to get started. Please keep doing what you do, love it!
I would love to see where you two ladies create. I'm certain I'm not the only one who would like to see your quilting studios. Love the show, especially when you are on together.
This was such a fun video with lots of ideas and chuckles as well. I love it when Jeanette and Katrina do videos together as they have fun while providing lots of good information and inspiration. I am looking forward to seeing what they do with their charm pack as well as watching their project targets for the year. Happy quilting to you both………………..
Dear Sewing Studio Boss, I plead with you to make a Jeanette and Katrina co-host show in a regular rotation. I love their sense of humor to each other and the fun chat they present to this viewer. I love their show. Singed, this humble viewer in the United States.
I enjoyed both of you sharing your "to?do lists" for this year, 2025. It's so inspirational listening to what patterns you've ✔️ done and will do. The store was fun to view. Both of your charm packs are lovely. I cannot wait until that challenge comes up.Thank you to the entire Sewing Studio crew for a wonderful set decor, etc.Looking forward to more.🇨🇦
Your like a couple of kids in a sweet shop.... thought you were using things up,had you not got a charm pack in your stash 😉Thank you so much yet again for your lovely video, take care... lots of love ❤
I love the charm pack challenge. I have found a great pattern . I’m part of a group that makes donation quilts for shut-ins and nursing home residents, and we all have a charm pack to use. Fun fun fun!
@@locoemutwo4872It’s a quilt pattern of triangles that gives the illusion of curved lines. Apparently there is a ruler 📐 or set of rulers that helps with the cutting.
Great chat ladies, and pleased to know that there are WIP, I am very new to quilting . I am hoping to have a cot quilt finished for late may/ June time when my latest great granddaughter is due. xxx. Looking for to the charm pack challenge . xx
Great fun to watch…love the fabric in the EPP… how fab to be able to play with all that fabric… Thank you both…I must try and use all the fabric in my stash…that I touch, and hold and smell..( yes smell) regularly…but have been reluctant to cut into….🙄🥴take care…..Dottie xx
I've just made myself a to do list for the year thanks to you both! Every month I hope to work on a project, maybe even get some finished!! Thinking about the charm pack... will have to purchase one... 😂 Loved visiting the shop last year, looking forward to another trip this year... Nice to see mum's postcards!!! Great meeting you that day, love battyjans daughter!!
I really enjoyed this video! I would like to make the blocks Katrina is making to cover her fathers rocking chair. Could you tell me the name of the block and where I could get the instructions. Thank you very much. I hope you make more videos with them together.
Great video! Love the pineapple blocks. They're like sunshine on a rainy day! The postcards you were gifted are Sunbonnet Sue. My grandmother made a Sunbonnet Sue quilt for me over 50 years ago. I still have it!
Christmas scraps ..ladies, make them into crazy quilt blocks backed in a solid Christmas color, then form into a gift bag that can be used year after year.
Hello ladies, I am definitely joining your challenge Jeanette and hope to make myself a list of things I'd like to complete this year, if there is a book large enough - haha
I love listening to you two chat. Have you visited the Lucy Boston House near St Ives (Cambridgeshire). I was fortunate enough to go twice in 2024; well worth a visit for anyone interested in quilting.
Katrina, doing a monthly list is great. I started to make a list of 12 and following The Quilted Forest, I work on what ever number she draws for that month. I might be a project I have or have not started, such as a WIP or pattern I've not tackled. I like how you wrote across from the list what you need to do such as organize and cut pieces.
I love this. You two complement each other and are a stitch. Shelley from The Quilted Forrest picks 12 WIP or UFO’s. She put each one in a different box and numbers them from 1-12. At the beginning of each month she draws a number from 1-12 and then works on that project for that month. I started this too, and finished a quilt in January -YEAH- that had been sitting around for 3 years. Plus I added a few Bonus quilts incase I finished a quilt early. On to pick February, now. I’m not into pre-cuts but could make a set of Charm Packs from my stash to do your challenge, Jeanette. I do have a book that uses Charm Packs, I think I’ll look at it to see if anything trips my trigger. From Avon Park, Florida.
Christmas scraps possibilities: table runners, placemats, drink coasters, gift bags, checkerboards, stiffed toys, pillow cases, pillow covers (I use 16” square pillows for mine), tic-tac-toe boards, aprons, pot holders, and oven mitts ….. just to get you started.👍🏻👵🏻
Thanks for the forecast! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). How can I transfer them to Binance?
I would like to email a picture of a quilt I made for my granddaughter. It is the pineapple block made with a regular ruler. Could you please tell me how to do it. I would love for you to see my scrappy version. Thank you.
