There was something about this game that really intrigued me as a kid. I played it just as much as battle for bikini bottom and the movie game. It just feels different than any other game. Almost like everything is in a dream like state and there’s also a sense of loneliness if that makes any sense. But I absolutely loved it. My favorite part was delivering orders for Mr. Crabs. I took those tasks so seriously and always did my best to make sure all the orders arrived on time 😂😂😂😂 such nostalgia

Considering that this game was developed by BigSky Interactive, I'm surprised you didn't point out the complaints gamers had when the PS2 version had long load times and would crash the game and even erase your memory. The complaints were so harsh, BigSky Interactive shut down after the game was released.
PLEASE play and beat “Petz Dogs 2” (PS2)!!! It’s not a pet simulator. It’s a full on adventure/story game kinda similar to “Legend of Zelda”. When it was made in Japan, it was originally called “Puppy and the Magic Hat”. But when it was sent to the U.S., they put it with the “Petz” franchise. That’s why the music is better than it should be (A full orchestra). Complete with cutscenes, a terrifying final boss, an actual villain death scene near the end, and it was made by “Ubisoft” themselves!
SpongeBob was my world as a kid, and this game was my holy grail. Couldn’t find it anywhere for years - felt like a decade, but I eventually got it on auction and enjoyed it. This was after I beat Battle for Bikini Bottom. Had to make do with the different SpongeBob PC games while I waited, and remember enjoying them more, with Battle for Bikini Bottom being at the top. This review was sobering to say the least.
