    Today, I make Dak gangjeong (sauced korean fried chicken) with sauce from ordinary home sauce.
    Old fashioned Gochujang Fried chicken and soy garlic freid chicken!

    Soy sauce 85ml
    salt 1tbs
    pepper 1tsp
    mirin seasoning 60ml
    Tempura mixture
    Korean tempura flour 1/3 cup
    Korean fried chicken flour 1/3 cup
    Water 500ml

    Gochujang chicken sauce
    Chopped garlic 1+1/2 tbs
    Tomato paste or ketchup 2tbs
    Oyster sauce 2+1/2 tbs
    Chilli powder 2tbs
    Soy sauce 60ml
    Glucose (Korean oligodang) 85ml
    Water 85ml
    Sugar 1/3 cup
    Oil 2 tbs
    Soy garlic sauce
    Chopped garlic 1+1/2 tbs
    Oyster sauce 2+1/2 tbs
