Great vlog. I thought you would enjoy the BGC area. You ought to check out Intramuros if you want something more historical. You will see the influence of Spain there (speaking of, you have to check out a place called Vigan. It is so different from Manila). The oldest chinatown in the world is in Binondo and I think you will enjoy the local chinese-filipino food there. In fact, I think it has been made into a guided tour so you know exactly what to try at specific locations. If you are brave enough to try soup #5, go for it. Cool vlog man! I think the banana cue lady was shy, she probably doesn’t speak/understand much English. That’s also probably her home that you might’ve walked into (?). For some locals, they’re not used to hearing English from a foreigner, much less a Brit, of all people. They cant quite find the words to respond. They get a “nosebleed” as they say in the Philippines when overwhelmed with another language.
Enjoy your time in Philippines, Filipinos are friendly and fun and you will experience that as you continue your journey to places..food,scenic view,history and many more to discover the beauty of our country..buckle up and enjoy the ride dude..👌
BGC and other CBDs in Manila are very very alive in the evenings because one of the biggest industries in the Philippines is BPO where Filipinos serve the business processes outsourcing needs of big American companies so the people who work for these companies follow the American timezone. You guys should go out at night to experience the BGC nightlife. Also try the BGC evening market known as Mercato there are numerous stalls offering excellent street food.

The Philippines is a culture in which the East meets the West. Filipino people have a distinct Asian background with strong Western culture. 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 The world is aware of it. Hehehe! 😊
Thank you .... From Manila

Go hard....and dig deeper because competition of viewers is hotting up with Mergrim, meet the nomads, love travels, dabble and travel, shev and dev, ash and kels, travis fein..they all be vlogging about the Philippines right now! 😀💯💥
All the OGs are just chilling like Kulas, Finn, also the 8miles.. Actually interesting vloggers that have different content are the Filipino Boo and Gay couple Jose and Will.. Underrated couple vlogger Martin and Ave.. others that are not mentioned same content only. There's one who ventured into luxury Joel Friend and he got a quality content so if Mergim is talking abt quality then he needs to watch Joel Friend and he needs to hit the beaches lols

I already watched Ali's vlog, Been waiting for Dany's. Just enjoyed you riding the jeepney there. Try riding a Ferry going to places like the Binondo and Intramuros. There is a station there in Guadalupe. Also an MRT going to Ayala Makati or SM Megamall and Ortigas Center. Then if you want to find best buy in Greenhills, just go to Annapolis Station and walk all the way to Greenhills.
Thanks for the tips!
Is there an Annapolis station? Is it really close to Annapolis St. I've always wondered. I thought it was too far.
@@iflipover Yes there is . Right after Ortigas Station. Its pretty much walking distance going to Greenhills Shopping Center.

The correct name of that food is 包子/Baozi, which is pronounced like Paozi, so it is written Pao;
That steamed stuffed bun has a variety of stuffed in various Asian countries, and it is a very convenient snack;
Please tell Ali, this is the first time I heard someone describe steamed bun as pillows, you guys are so cute;
I forgot to tell Ali that my country's buns will be full of stuff, so he won't be disappointed;
I found out that you gave Ali fried bananas, but he didn't give you fried eggs, it's really unfair!
Your presentation is great and wonderful, looking forward to the next episode, thank you for sharing!👍😄👏
那個食物的正確名稱是包子,發音很像 Paozi,所以才會寫 Pao;
那個包子在亞洲各個國家都有各種不同的餡料,是很方便的點心;
請告訴阿里,我第一次聽到有人形容包子像枕頭,你們真是可愛;
我忘了告訴阿里,我國家的包子裡面會塞滿餡料,他不會失望的;
我發現你有給阿里吃炸香蕉,但他沒給你吃炸蛋,真的不公平啦!
你介紹的很棒,很精彩,期待下一集,謝謝分享!
thanks alot gianni it was a great day and i love the feeling of being new in a country
@@harryjaggardtravel I mentioned fried bananas above just joking, don't worry!

Kudos to your beautiful vlogs Harry, they are very addictive to watch. I've been stuck watching them for weeks now (together w/ Ali and Dany's vlogs). But just a bit of an important advice: Don't let your guard down at all times while you're in the Philippines, especially in the slums and depressed areas of the country. 👍🙏. Hope you be back soon🇵🇭 w/ Ali & Dany.
Filipino's are wonderful people 👍
Cool vlog man!
Let me teach you guys!
When you guys want to say “thank you “ say “salamt po”
“PO”is a sign of respect that’s why most of the Filipino saying “PO”
NICE TO SEE YOU HERE IN PH❤️
Enjoy your time in Philippines, Filipinos are friendly and fun and you will experience that as you continue your journey to places..food,scenic view,history and many more to discover the beauty of our country..buckle up and enjoy the ride dude..👌
thanks so much
Hi, new subscriber from California! ❤ your vlogs, especially the singing waiters.😊
Lots of love from india 🇮🇳 ❤
Hi Harry ! Just recently discovered your vlogs and I have been watching and enjoying them...I am from the Philippines.
New subscriber here from Philippines. Welcome to the Philippines!!! Have fun and take care!❤
