Garrett trying to talk about how not racist he is is hilarious.
I have really good memories of this podcast set.
definitely one of the best eras
lol im latino and i agree with derrick, i could listen to those discrimination stories all night
3:43 Anyone else see that fucking pizza pop-up on that kid's Skype call?
Buca Di Beppo sounds like it's not even a real place.
Also, in the third Gametap commercial when Shawn reaches his hand down towards the mouse, it cuts to a close up and unless there's something wrong with my monitor, I'm pretty sure it's Derrick's hand. Don't know why they would have left that shot in, though. Maybe they just forgot to refilm it.
3:43 what the fuck, look in the bottom-right
Dendy
I think it might be a moth.
That or a spooky ghost.
TMStacks I mean his webcam
Why is Rocco saying "THE olive garden"?
That's what they call it in the old country
This guy rules.
I can tell you it was very much likely the GameTap commercials they filmed years ago. They talked about it then too on a very old podcast, I don't know why that was a huge deal now, but they never brought up race back then.
I just went back and watched that commercial. There's no way that veiny hand is anyone but Shawn's. The lighting makes it look a little darker but it's definitely Shawn.
I'm about 95% they were talking about gametap with wanting to re-shoot the ads with Derrick
Racial discussion is so fun.
pizza is ok at buca di beppo. everything else is one step above tv dinner. commenting on eight-year-old video.
The Olive Garden
When I was a kid, I couldn't tell the difference between asian, latino, and causcasian.
"the" olive garden
I was at another Italian Restaurant in Chula Vista called Johnny Carino's. "Pretzeled" breadsticks, Personal sized pizza and one small pasta $60.
Years later turned out to be Gametap
Pastacreations is bae
I feel like something people dont talk about enough is the fact that Americans have been able to move past most of the divisions between people of European ethnicity. Unfortunately there are some racial differences that are more easy to see therefore harder to disassosicate with prejudice but it seems all white people are on a level field. That seems like a small step toward less racism.
the older buca di beppo call is better.
there is a difference?
I like Buca Di Beppo, it's pretty good...I spent $20 on so much fucking food :o
"Sake of creativity?" I doubt that completely. You changed it knowing you would get a second shot at asking the question you, "forgot."
Well you deserved it. You call in, make everything all awkward, and then don't even ask a question. Then, you get a new outfit, make a new skype, just so you have a better chance of getting another call. Really? My initial reaction was, "What a loser." You change your skype name every time you call in like there not going to pick up because they know it's you. They're going to recognize you every time. Please, stop calling in.
