Hey Sal, the Stark-Osborn connection was foreshadowed earlier in issue 1 or 2. You can read the model name of the goblin’s suit. Tony definitely gave tech to the villains too.
That or Oscorp took over Stark's company after he was framed as a terrorist and reverse-engineered his technology. Kind of how Norman took it over during Dark Reign in the 616.
Been missing the lives, but still thank you guys for what you do and the community you’ve fostered here.
I feel like the inception for all the bad decisions leading to evil Krakoan Beast was Bendis making him inexplicably travel back in time to kidnap the original X-Men. All the baffling character choices and dumbassery began there.
Thank you, Sal, for the opening of the episode. (And, ya know, your awesome channel.)
Can confirm the credits page is in the physical copy of the new issue of The Flash.
Carmen is excellent and was one of the main artists for Captain Marvel from Kelly Thompson; she kicked it off with Tamra Bonvillain.
I sent Marvel an email once, asking them if they were going to make a mandalorian comic book. They never responded and 2 years later made the comic book.
You mustve convinced them
I guess it would make sense Tony would create villains too to help build the heroes up to face the maker eventually
Loved issue 3 of Ultimate Spider-Man. It’s great. Not as good as issue 1 and I don’t know what the theme is in this one. Issue 1 is starting a new, issue 2 is hiding the truth (how Shocker beats Peter and how Peter hides his secret from his family) and I guess issue 3 is identity. The suits are great but I do love the classic suit and I do like how Harry and Peter finds out each others identity’s.
This felt like a stop gab for issue 4 which has a big character introduced
Ahhhhh, evil Krakoa Beast has always sucked at his job. He couldn't stop those stupid Matryoshka doll mini-mercenaries or Colossus's moustache-twirling brother, how does he think he's gonna stop the genocidal murder machines that have won in multiple timelines?
The only positive of the abrupt ending of X-Force is that it saves me from purchasing the future omnibus editions I had planned to get. Great series but I can't set myself up to be dissatisfied again on a reread.
Oh wow Sal, I didn't even realize that you saw my comment Earlier that way in the Stream you did with Dan. I posted it twice becuse I thought it was missed. I forgot to say, I am REALLY enjoying G.O.D.S. . Hickman always makes things feel like they matter to the greater universe, but I guess I felt that way because it feels like everything going on feels only loosely connected. Maybe if Hickman established things more deeply in the universe--but I also feel like Hickman doing this way gives him a ton of freedom compared to what he did in HoX and PoX, which is so tied up in the history of the X mean and marvel that it felt like it SHOULD have affected every major comic book in the line (Sins of Sinister literally blows up the universe multiple times.)
Anyway, thanks for giving this fan some time!
Those secret empire tie ins are actually really cool . I didn't like them at the moment for same reasons but when I went back there's som fun kingpin stuff
Best channel on youtube!
Tiffany has MJ's hair colour. Cute
Another great vid! Nice job y’all 👍🏿
I can’t remember the suit upgrade but there’s one you put on in the suit text screen that shows crates on the maps but it doesn’t tell you this but it will show you where the spider bots are
When do they talk about Ultimate Spider-Man, time stamp wise
1:54:40 she knows 🎉
Great issue. Tho I am honestly shocked you didn't talk about Miles book this week. It was a amazing issue
