I had the same doubt. Thanks for clearing the doubt. I just got a referal for the opening in jp morgan. But the link was not there in the mail so I applied through the portal directly.
How's work life balance in jpmc & is it stable for employees to stay longer without being fired ?
Yes its supersafe, they may transfer you within but never fire. Work life balance is there but again depends on team and projects

I had asked many people for referral but didn't get any response. Then I applied through the career portal and gave the hiring test. After few days I received a referral from one of the employee. So will this referral be counted anymore ?
Yes it will be counted, if while filling the form that you ll get from HR, you put there name and email ID, that person will be your referral

U can always try , apply for freshers job, if things ll not work out, then you can always turn back after having relevant experience

i asked 2 persons for referrals and both of them agreed, the first one already gave the referral, should I ask the second person to not refer or should I go with both the referrals(will it create a problem) in jpmc
It will be of no use to get referred by second one because HR will have your data from first referal. So just go with one

Yes, please look for job that requires less years/no experience, then you can enter new vertical easily but it may be for initial positions/posts. So look accordingly
