Really great summary of the process if you're looking into joining the company. I wish I had watched this before when I started applying for positions at the company. You're indeed gonna apply for numerous jobs and get rejected until you find a job that you're more qualified for. The secret is, don't give up, look at the job description and qualifications, you'll find something that you're more suitable for.
