Any defensive support ult combined with a mega is gonna make it hard to kill said support unless you ult in turn (and have an ult good for this situation). Queen can't really one tap him, Hog wouldn't have been able to one tap him due to Tree Overhealth, and the Mega would have saved him from a follow up shot before tree healing kicked in again. Mauga theoretically could win, but would need to hit all his shots to do so. Hard in a small room with LW dashing around. Same situation with DVa Only thing that could reliably have killed weaver here from the tank role was a few ults. Minefield, Bomb, Whole Hog, Queen Ult, maybe Flux. But none of those are worth trading for tree, just to still be stuck in the room tbh, other than maybe Whole Hog.

Tl;Dr Rein is fine anywhere below Masters. He's not the best by far, but people don't really counter a good Rein consistently until masters
