I love anything retro. Like the one in Honolulu called Rock Island Cafe. Of course for me, retro is all the way back to the 50's as a kid in Pearl Harbor.
Well done! I enjoyed your video! Thanks for sharing! Yeah that's right I do food reviews while on the toilet. My brother does his Foody Fashion show on my channel also. He wears songs now.
I can't believe Korean Corn Dogs are finally making out to the US! I saw these years ago when I lived in SK. They actually have two Koren Corn Dog places out here in Boston now too.
When you're just doing you're job but making it good still but know you're a little tired of it because you still see its value even though its a little frustrating although quite fun as well. Very nuanced video guys. PRO LI FIC
Is it weird that I’m just happy to see that you all have well groomed and clean nails for those close shots handling your food? Nothing worse than a food blogger with mash up hands and nails 🤢😅
So very few of those foods were "Classic American". I was expecting foods like fried chicken, biscuits & gravy, bacon & eggs, BBQ'ed ribs, pancakes, etc.
A Salt and Battery- Great Fish and Chips in Greenwich. I think MILK bakery started cereal milk soft serve. Emmy Squared worst value for Detroit Style Pizza, go to Lions, Tigers, and Squares or Ace's Pizza if you are in Williamsburg has better value. Too many falafel places in NYC, my favs are Oasis in Williamsburg, Taim NYC falafel chain and Mahmouds. Sadelles in Soho for a unique bagel experience doesn't get enough love. Honestly too many bagel places in NYC and most are great. Murray's Cheese shop makes must try grill cheese sandwiches. Chip City have many locations in NYC for modernized and unique cookies like Blueberry Cheesecake and Glazed Pear. Also, the menu changes everyday so you can get something different everyday. Lastly, Pies and Thighs not new American, they been around for years and tried to opened a restaurant in NYC
I love my hipster friends who say American food is so "boring," or "meat and potatoes." Then whenever they get "Asian" food they think its better when it is literally just......meat and rice. I think it is more an "American Self-hating" notion then the actual food. I have southern food in Georgia, BBQ in Memphis, seafood in Connecticut and Boston, and many other regional cuisines. Plus, my dad made the best homemade meatloaf and sauce. Those who think American food is "boring" probably think McDonalds is what encompasses. our great land.
help plz does anyone know the name of that juice in at 15:20? I drank it one time at a halal spot when I was visiting NYC and that stuff tasted so good but I completely forgot about it until I saw it here now am craving it but I dont even know where to order it from
na Andrew its because Australia has higher baseline food standards. Not trying to throw shade but Australian ingredients are better regulated as are the products they are used in. We tend to prefer the natural flavours of things rather than using high fructose corn syrup and other artificial flavourings.
pies 'n' thighs is definitely not better than most random places you'd stumble on in louisiana (or new orleans specifically). they do have solid biscuits and gravy though.
I don't really see the difference on a chicken wing or a slice of pizza from a retro era to present. I had a slice of pineapple and ham pizza in 1991and chicken wings to now. It's all the same. It's good, but it's been the same.
*White Southerners fakes Asian and Hawaiian accent Me (Asian living in the South): DaFuq... *Asian living up North mimicks "Southern accent" Me: oh shit, well played mafka, well played 🤣
Can you do another supermarket review for the Northeast? There are two Italian supermarkets I want to see. Uncle Guiseppe on Long Island and DeCicco in Westchester County.
It's funny to me that the last few food trend videos they made are all in New York and they refer to the trends as "American". As if NY is the say all be all. When in reality, West Coast has had most this stuff for YEARS!! 🤣 NYC is not the only pioneers or trend setters in USA guys. New York is actually late on a lot of these trends.
this video had like a chaotic wholesome vibe it was just food in ya face and I loved that
I love anything retro. Like the one in Honolulu called Rock Island Cafe. Of course for me, retro is all the way back to the 50's as a kid in Pearl Harbor.

As someone from Detroit, I’m pleasantly surprised that Marco likes Detroit-style pizza so much.
Awww I’m so missing New York watching this 😩💛

Ace’s pizza seems like such a vibe 👌🏿 Goated

I thought that was just Muslim hygiene?

So very few of those foods were "Classic American". I was expecting foods like fried chicken, biscuits & gravy, bacon & eggs, BBQ'ed ribs, pancakes, etc.
Domino's Australia used to have Korean chicken wings. It was pretty good too

15:22 you know it's good when Andrew gives it the highest Asian compliment "Not Too Sweet"
I sure hope so !
Popular to contrary belief, the raw egg in cookie dough isn’t whats bad for you, or can make you sick. It’s the raw flour.
Its better to be late than to be absent on these vids
When you had the black eyed pea soup I was hoping you would say "that's the joint" right here
Now "THAT'S the jam" 🤣
Noone has mentioned yet, how cool the background instrumentals for the videos were! lol
I was just thinking about how much I liked that!
The "Now Kith" meme immediately popped into my head when they went to the Kith ice cream 🍦shop 😂 anyone else?
When was American food in trouble that it needed to be saved ?
Andrew, no more broccoli for you! 🙂🤣

I miss Pizza Hut the restaurant. When Pizza Haven shut down their locations Pizza Hut switch to Pizza to the booth idea.
help plz does anyone know the name of that juice in at 15:20? I drank it one time at a halal spot when I was visiting NYC and that stuff tasted so good but I completely forgot about it until I saw it here now am craving it but I dont even know where to order it from
Did Marco wear the same Long Sleeve ALD Polo on different days or was it just editing ?
No Australian Bakery isn't complete without pies and lamingtons! (I used to work in the bakeries in Australia)
Cool
Marco likes the vegan stuff much more than he wants to admit
I feel like he gave it it’s props 🤷🏽♂️
Exactly if it's not an everything bagel it's not ny city. BEC, salt, pepper ketchup
Who told you American food needed saving...?
Correction my 2 idol.that adobo chicken is original in my home country in philippines.
There are other versions of Adobo. Adobo comes from the spanish word adobar

also Australia is pretty multicultural.
Aces pizza. N64 in house. Anyone down to play vs mode with some good pizza and a root beer for old times sake?! That place needs to be protected!!
Better....better than Louisiana!!!!??? Blasphemy!!! Besides no one does Catfish and Grits, it's Shrimp and Grits.
pies 'n' thighs is definitely not better than most random places you'd stumble on in louisiana (or new orleans specifically). they do have solid biscuits and gravy though.
