Fasciculations are also present in LMN Lesions along with muscular atrophy ,decreased reflexes,flaccid paralysis

Ek patient hai jiska T3,T4,TSH Normal hai, I think o Goiter hai , Any treatment please suggest me

Jab T3, T4 and TSH normal hai, toh usko koi treatment nahi chahiye.
Jahan tak goitre ka sawaal hai,
A small goitre that doesn't cause symptoms may not need treatment.
In some cases, medication or surgery is required.

You can't tell if fasciculations are caused by ALS just by sight. ALS is firstly clinical weakness and atrophy. Fasciculations without those is not ALS.
