Hi from Albania. Glad many are visiting here. I have been here for a year and a half and may make it my permanent residence. What might not have come thru on the video is how welcoming and spicy the people are here. Hot blooded culture who likes to stay very chill. Also there are fresh produce markets on every corner. And the fruit and veg comes straight from the backyard local gardens. So I welcome you all to Albania.
Tirana was a wonderful destination with so much to see and do. The locals were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I loved exploring the city's rich history and stunning architecture, and the local markets were a highlight of my trip. Overall, Tirana is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in experiencing a unique and vibrant culture.
Hi Christianne! I'm glad I'm following you because I've never seen an Albanian vlog yet. Lovely country! Looking forward to seeing more of it. Like! 😄👍
Just wondering how easy it is to eat veggie in albania (and the balkans in general?) I stopped to read the right side of the traditional menu in the restaurant and everything had meat in it😬 I mean I'm sure you can always find veggie food but eating traditional food would be a lot more fun!
Yeah in our country vegetarianism is a relatively new thing. I mean obviously veggie dishes have existed for millennia, but until recently looking for a version of Albanian cuisine dedicated to ppl who don’t eat meat would often lead to awkward conversation with a waiter and host with sometimes hilarious results. With the rapid increase of tourism in last few years there’s quite a handful restaurants in Tirana who cater to vegetarians but some of the owners and chefs do that halfheartedly so I would rather find a good restaurant which Albania has many and using google translate would go down the menu and find the veggie dishes sporadically sprinkled here and there. Hope this helps.
Hi. I want to ask if it is easy to use the public transport there frim tirana. Where do u catch the bus from to the termianl . And sid u go visit the beaches from Tirana
Great video. Funny you are going from Tirana to Toronto (which is pronounced Taronna!). Are you traveling anywhere else in Canada? Subscribed from east coast Canada.
Actually if I could add something, because you have got a few things wrong!! McDonald's openned in Albania 16 years ago. But it didn't make it.. because Albania has so many fast food places Way better than McDonald's and cheaper.. this is why they pulled out
Sure, because the 9 Millionen want to work and have a nice lifestyle, too. We all deserve it.❤ Maybe unemployment rate is too high in Albania so they have to go abroad.
"And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." (REVELATION 20:12-15 NKJV) Today, while you are still alive and able, may you repent from your sins, believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that JESUS CHRIST is your Lord and Savior, so that through Him, your name will be written in the Book of Life. Hey Johny ☺️ I am not an Albanian tour guide and do not claim to be. These are just my experiences in the country as a first-time tourist and my opinions and thoughts of things I come across. I recommend watching a factual documentary if that is the kind of content you’re after ❤️
Dear people look the mentality that our dear Serbian neighbors have, always coming to do hate speech while i never saw an Albanian on a video about Serbia

Beautiful city and that cable car trip looked steep! It's a good thing they know what bananas are now, otherwise your channel name would baffle them!

There is more of it available, but this region of the world is big on meat eating.

Wow i didn't know that albania was so modernised 😮
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I rather hope they reject all the big fast food chains. There is nothing those chains can teach the locals about quality food.

As a serbian I'm legally obligated to say Kosovo is serbia on every video related to albania.
Now you have accomplished your mission, go to sleep!
