i do a medium knob (30 times) and then i do grip tape over that
paddle: add stick tape over the paddle and then add vukgripz
blade: full sock

I make a knob 8 layers thick, then spin the tape around, and really far apart, put it on the stick 3 times, then just take tape over all of that, and seal the deal with black tape. For the blade, I use rezztek
