Hello, referring I-730 Instruction Manual: "For asylees, a child who is under 21 years of age on the date the Form I-589, Application for Asylum and Withholding of Removal, is received by USCIS will continue to be classified as a child for purposes of determining asylum eligibility and related benefits."
My mom and younger brother just got asylum granted, she included also my other brothers and husband (still capture in venezuela) on her application on 02/03/2020 to her immigration Judge during her master hearing after presenting themselves at a port of entry in the US, my brother in Venezuela turned 21 on 03/19/2020 and he is not married, can we file a form I-730 for him using the I-730 Instructions referred above?

Hello Sir. I am an approved asylee. I have filed a form i-730 for my husband to come to the United States but it is still in processing. And my husband came here just two months ago through a humanitarian interim parole. Can this affect his case? And also can he stay here in the USA waiting for his petition to be approved

Hey, my father filed a petition for this visa on 24th july 2019, and i keep checking my visa case status at usics and the recipe date is past our filing date. I live in India. How much more time will it take to approve our visa?
