    500 gr. pork neck
    half an onion
    100 ml. water
    tablespoon of acetic essence 70%
    half a teaspoon of black pepper
    half a tablespoon of salt
    This number of ingredients is enough for 2 people to eat, One straight to eat. Prepare for the company more - simply proportionally multiply the number of components.
    The most important thing is not to overdo the meat in the marinade !! No more than 3 hours - the meat "will burn" in the vinegar. Ideally, a 1.5-2 hours.
